Οι φωτογραφιες, τα σχολια και οι αξιολογησεις αποτυπωνουν πληρως την πραγματικοτητα. Προσεγμενα και καθαρα διαμερισματα με πληρη και καινουργιο εξοπλισμο. Ομορφη θεα στη θαλασσα, με την παραλια μολις 150 μετρα μακρια. Ιδανικο μερος για ολα τα γουστα! Οι ιδιοκτητες ειναι ευγενεστατοι.
Θα ξαναρθουμε σιγουρα στο μελλον!

Our vacation in Neo Moudania was in October, in a very quiet and almost over season, but thanks to the incredible coziness, great view and gorgeous hosts, 3 days at Nafsika's house left a great memory for us. The houses are incredibly clean, stocked with absolutely everything, such as dishes and appliances, with very chic terraces overlooking a long and beautiful beach. Various restaurants are within walking distance (about 1 km). The place is both quiet and secluded, but also in close proximity to various entertainment - including in Nea Moudania, which is about 2 km away. If desired, the distance can be covered in about 30 minutes on foot along a road that runs parallel to the beach. Yannis was available the whole time, even offered us a bike and we were able to explore the area in a different way. When I booked the house, I was impressed that the reviews were very many and all good, I can confirm that this property and the owners have worked hard and deserve every one of them. I would gladly return to this place and would gladly recommend it to anyone!

Много добра комуникация с домакинята, още преди пристигането. Мястото за настаняване беше идеално чисто и оборудвано с всичко необходимо за всякакъв вид престой - дори и ако имаш намерение да си готвиш, всичко беше осигурено като електроуреди, а в двора е на разположение и барбекю. На пешеходно разстояние от дълъг няколко километра плаж, на който има и свободни зони и такива на които се предлагат кафе и коктейли. Домакинята ежедневно се интересуваше дали имаме нужда от нещо допълнително, а един следобед ни изненада и с баница със сирене. Достатъчно места за паркиране, ако сте с автомобил. На пешеходно разстояние от различни ресторанти в обсег от около 1 километър. Място което предразполага и към уединение, но и е в непосредствена близост до различни развлечения, включително и в Неа Мудания, която е на около 2 километра, а при желание е около 30 минути ходене по път който преминава успоредно на плажа. Чудесно място, на което се надявам да имам възможност да се върна отново!

Close to beach

The accommodation is beautiful - clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. The beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. The host is wonderfully kind and always ready to help. She even surprised us with a homemade lemon pie, such a thoughtful gesture. We truly hope to return here next year.

Wonderful lady which was very kind and showed readiness to assist for everything. The facility was very clean and very private !! 👌 I can just recommend it

Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στα Nafsika Suites . Η τοποθεσία ήταν φανταστική, οι χώροι εξαιρετικά καλαίσθητοι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι και με μια ήρεμη ατμόσφαιρα. Ταυτόχρονα, η γύρω περιοχή προσέφερε πολλές δυνατότητες για διασκέδαση, καφέ, εστιατόρια και άλλα. Ιδιαίτερα αξίζει να τονιστεί η φιλικότητα και η προθυμία των ιδιοκτητών, που φρόντισαν προσωπικά για τα πάντα και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα σε κάθε μας ανάγκη. Μια διαμονή που συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα – ιδανική για όσους αναζητούν μερικές ημέρες ξεκούρασης σε ένα καλαίσθητο περιβάλλον.

The location is next to a beach. Everything is new and clean .

We’re a British couple who stayed here for a week by the sea, and it truly was perfect. The décor is beautiful, and the fixtures and fittings are incredible — you can really see how much time and effort has gone into making this place so special. It’s also very quiet, with thick walls, so we couldn’t hear the neighbours at all.

The location is fantastic — so close to the beach, with a wonderful restaurant called Akti just a 10-minute walk away (head towards the beach and turn right). We also enjoyed the beach bar Donkey.

Our host was the most welcoming and accommodating we’ve ever met — we had goodies on arrival including wine, and halfway through the week they surprised us with delicious Greek pastries.

Inside, the kitchen facilities were great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. There’s even a BBQ (we didn’t use it, but it looked excellent).

This place is so quaint and perfect for a relaxing week by the sea. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
