Cozy like house 🏠
Pros:

Very beautiful suites. Everything is new and it's very clean. You can have breakfast on the porch seeing and feeling the sea⛵. The beach ⛱️ in front of the suites is practically a 3 min walk and u can stay there if u like a little rocky sand. But it takes a few more minutes walk to Nea Moudania in order to reach soft sandy beach 🏖️.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper, the humming of the fridge can bother you a little.

Locatie facuta cu drag, istetime si talent. Aproape de plaja, priveliste , briza, liniste.
Pros:

Totul. Am vrut o vacanta linstita. Am primit o cazare superba, curatenie impecabila, o gazda extrem de atenta la nevoile noastre. Multumesc Nafsika, multumesc Ianis! Ati facut o treaba excelenta ! Deja ma gandesc la perioada in care voi rezerva pentr anul viitor.

Nette Inhaber, saubere und voll ausgestattete Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft, die mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Inhaberin klappt reibungslos und ist angenehm schnell. Der Strand ist lediglich 100m entfernt, nur 1 Minute zu Fuss. Es hat einen Wasserpark, dort werden Schirme und Liegen zu EUR 7 pro Tag vermietet. Am Strand wird eine neue Promenade gebaut, ist aber nicht mit störendem Lärm verbunden. Kleine Aufnerksamkeiten wie die Flasche Wasser und die 2 Fruchtsäfte im Kühlschrank runden das positive Bild perfekt ab. Parkplätze sind direkt bei der Unterkunft genügend vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Много уютно място, хората които ни посрещнаха (собствениците) бяха изключително учтиви, любезни и винаги ни осигуряваха всичко от което имаме нужда, дори и да не са длъжни. Къщата беше идеална за нас (2ма възрастни и 1 дете на 2.5 години). Плажът е в непосредствена близост - само пресичаш поляната (показана на снимките - около 100-150 метра) и си там. На пешеходно разстояние има магазини, ресторанти, бийч барове, а в самият град Неа Мудания (тъй като ние сме с бебе и багажът ни е в повече за плаж) ходехме с колата точно на 5 мин. Свежо и приятно място и със сигурност ще го посетим отново !

Pros:

Dank der tollen Vermieterin Nafsika durften wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Chalkidiki verbringen. Ich habe noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen, die liebevoll eingerichtet und blitzblank sauber war. Mit herzlicher Gastfreundlichkeit punkteten Nafsika und Giannis, gipfelnd mit leckerer Bougatsa, die sie uns zweimal zukommen ließen.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren.

Pros:

Totul. Căsuța este foarte cocheta, mobilată cu bun gust, in stil mediteranean. Cazarea este la 100 de metri de mare, totul la superlativ.Nafsika este o persoana deosebita. Ne vom întoarce aici! Cred că asta spune totul despre experiența avută!

Pros:

L'emplacement est très proche de la plage, une plage pas surveillée et un peu éloignée de commerces donc si on recherche s'isoler un peu c'est très bien; les hotes sont accueillantes et le duplex est bien equipé

L'endroit est toujours en travaux donc il semble un peu abandonné, les engins de chantier sont quand même bruyants même si l'isolation est bonne

Pros:

O locație neobișnuită pentru zona dată, nu o să găsiți ceva asemănător. Sunt construcții din lemn, dar foarte calitative și izolate fonic. După cum a comunicat Nafsika, e al 4-lea sezon cînd primesc oaspeți. Deci e relativ nou totul. Am fost întâlniți cu zâmbetul pe față și zilnic întrebați dacă e totul bine. Nafsika ne-a servit cu plăcinte in una din zile. Ne-a schimbat perdeaua din baie la prima solicitare (era deja prea udă și nu se mai usca). In interior aveți toate cele necesare pentru a găti, 2 paturi mari (unul la etaj). O mică terasa la care am savurat cafeaua și am privit marea. Mașina am parcat alături cu proprietatea. Sunt camere video și am fost liniștit pentru securitate. Marea e practic la 100m. Sunt la alegere 2 plaje, iar Nafsika vine cu o listă recomandată de localuri, supermarketuri etc. Plaja Nea Moudania este cu mai puține pietre și plecam acolo cu copilul (3 minute cu mașina, este parcare). O locație liniștită, pentru cei ce vor sa se odihnească cu adevărat. Zona de plajă se reconstruiește și la anul viitor va fi și mai frumos. Neapărat vreau să revin.

Nu au fost. Nafsika le rezolva pe toate.

Wir haben super schöne Urlaubstage hier verbracht. Wir waren 2 Wochen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit alles notwendige...was man braucht. Die Vermieter verdienen mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft mehr als 5 Sterne. Sie haben uns so ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt, dass wir uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt haben.
Strand ist 150 m entfernt.... Meerblick.
Einkaufsläden und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt.
Uns hat es so gut gefallen....dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Perfect stay to relax and enjoy your holidays

Lovely apartment, very nice and cozy, convenient, and comfortable. Great location to visit Halkidiki peninsula. Warm welcome; we had a very pleasant stay at Nafsika Suites
