L'emplacement est très proche de la plage, une plage pas surveillée et un peu éloignée de commerces donc si on recherche s'isoler un peu c'est très bien; les hotes sont accueillantes et le duplex est bien equipé

Totul. Căsuța este foarte cocheta, mobilată cu bun gust, in stil mediteranean. Cazarea este la 100 de metri de mare, totul la superlativ.Nafsika este o persoana deosebita. Ne vom întoarce aici! Cred că asta spune totul despre experiența avută!

O locație neobișnuită pentru zona dată, nu o să găsiți ceva asemănător. Sunt construcții din lemn, dar foarte calitative și izolate fonic. După cum a comunicat Nafsika, e al 4-lea sezon cînd primesc oaspeți. Deci e relativ nou totul. Am fost întâlniți cu zâmbetul pe față și zilnic întrebați dacă e totul bine. Nafsika ne-a servit cu plăcinte in una din zile. Ne-a schimbat perdeaua din baie la prima solicitare (era deja prea udă și nu se mai usca). In interior aveți toate cele necesare pentru a găti, 2 paturi mari (unul la etaj). O mică terasa la care am savurat cafeaua și am privit marea. Mașina am parcat alături cu proprietatea. Sunt camere video și am fost liniștit pentru securitate. Marea e practic la 100m. Sunt la alegere 2 plaje, iar Nafsika vine cu o listă recomandată de localuri, supermarketuri etc. Plaja Nea Moudania este cu mai puține pietre și plecam acolo cu copilul (3 minute cu mașina, este parcare). O locație liniștită, pentru cei ce vor sa se odihnească cu adevărat. Zona de plajă se reconstruiește și la anul viitor va fi și mai frumos. Neapărat vreau să revin.

Wir haben super schöne Urlaubstage hier verbracht. Wir waren 2 Wochen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit alles notwendige...was man braucht. Die Vermieter verdienen mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft mehr als 5 Sterne. Sie haben uns so ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt, dass wir uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt haben.
Strand ist 150 m entfernt.... Meerblick.
Einkaufsläden und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt.
Uns hat es so gut gefallen....dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Great location. In a quiet location close to Nea Moudania, in front of the sea, a short walk to the beach. The accommodation was very clean and confortable. Very attentive and nice host. Everything was perfect.

Bardzo miła właścicielka, pomocna, zostaliśmy poczęstowani ciastem, w lodówce czekała woda i sok, domki ładne, czyste, wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne, widok na morze

Our vacation in Neo Moudania was in October, in a very quiet and almost over season, but thanks to the incredible coziness, great view and gorgeous hosts, 3 days at Nafsika's house left a great memory for us. The houses are incredibly clean, stocked with absolutely everything, such as dishes and appliances, with very chic terraces overlooking a long and beautiful beach. Various restaurants are within walking distance (about 1 km). The place is both quiet and secluded, but also in close proximity to various entertainment - including in Nea Moudania, which is about 2 km away. If desired, the distance can be covered in about 30 minutes on foot along a road that runs parallel to the beach. Yannis was available the whole time, even offered us a bike and we were able to explore the area in a different way. When I booked the house, I was impressed that the reviews were very many and all good, I can confirm that this property and the owners have worked hard and deserve every one of them. I would gladly return to this place and would gladly recommend it to anyone!

Οι φωτογραφιες, τα σχολια και οι αξιολογησεις αποτυπωνουν πληρως την πραγματικοτητα. Προσεγμενα και καθαρα διαμερισματα με πληρη και καινουργιο εξοπλισμο. Ομορφη θεα στη θαλασσα, με την παραλια μολις 150 μετρα μακρια. Ιδανικο μερος για ολα τα γουστα! Οι ιδιοκτητες ειναι ευγενεστατοι.
Θα ξαναρθουμε σιγουρα στο μελλον!
