洗衣機，但萬一有人沒即時領取衣服會等很久很久
租借桌球等，都要跑一趟樓上櫃檯，挺麻煩的，如果能夠排隊候補等通知的話會更好，畢竟你們有官方賴可以作為聯繫方法之一

沙坑的沙弄得到處都是，好像挺糟糕的
隔音 好像真的要在加強，房門旁就可以聽到外面走廊的聲音
