Great location
You could hear bins and staff chatting having breaks from the courtyard but it was fine. Pillows were quite uncomfortable and also air con was so loud we didn’t sleep well over the 5 nights which was such a shame. You need eye masks too

Great stay - The staff were particularly nice. Even before arriving, my queries were answered quickly and well.
The room was great. (Penrose) and the outside area was a really nice bonus.
The breakfast was good too. Local coffee was excellent. Cooked breakfast options were good. Buffet had everything and stocked well.
The staff were working very hard and were doing it with a lovely manner.
The evening food at Bistro was good too. Restaurant busy so service wasn't rushing us which was good. The food was good.
Had to cancel eating at Seafood Restaurant sadly, so didn't get a chance to enjoy that.
Bar service was great. Younger waitress excellent and engaging.

It was very comfortable for staying as a family with all the comforts of the seafood property which we have stayed many times
Being a little bit critical really the breakfast was ok but much prefer the breakfast at the Seafood Restaurant.

The property is tired and could do with updating. The breakfast and dinner at St Petroc was disappointong
The location in town was perfect plus it included hard to find parking. I expected the breakfast to be good, and it really was.
I would have liked to stay longer but was fully booked. Will have to return.

Perfect location, able to walk everywhere & able to relax from the bustle of the village. Particularly loved the courtyard we had outside our room for outside seating.
Staff lovely kind and accommodating
Breakfast and standard of accommodation were excellent
No mirror anywhere near a plug in bedroom so drying hair was a nightmare. All it needed was a free standing mirror as in the Seafood Restaurant rooms. As a woman this is really annoying

The room was very hot and you can’t open the window much. The hotel supplied two fans
We were upgraded to a room above the Seafood Cafe with a beautiful view of the estuary. Amazing thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
