Accoglienza mediterranea
Pros:

Chrisoula è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ci ha dato una tipologia più alta della camera e alla richiesta di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out fino a sera che saremmo ripartite, ci ha invece lasciato a disposizione la camera per tutto il resto della giornata. Era chiusura di stagione e probabilmente per questo c'è stata la possibilità ma non era assolutamente scontato. Sempre pronta ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessità. Ti senti davvero bene accolto.

Cons:

La zanzariera sulla porta scivolava male ma una volta capito ci si conviveva tranquillamente.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, direttamente su una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola, Agios Stefanos. Posizione molto tranquilla, vicinissima alle spiagge più famose e belle di Kos (paradise beach, Agios theologies, Agios stefanos, ecc). Centro abitato tranquillo, ma con diversi ristoranti generalmente buoni, supermarket a pochi metri.
Camera spaziosa, pulita, bagno recentemente ristrutturato con doccia grande.
Chrisoula è stata una host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e gentile, sempre con il sorriso.
Pulizia della camera quotidiana con cambio asciugamani.
Consigliatissimo!!

Pros:

Super lokalita, autobus priamo z letiska stoji par metrov od ubytovania. Majitelka je velmi mila a ustretova. Mali sme ranny let, prisli sme velmi skoro a poskytla nam prazdny apartman, kde sme si mohli nechat veci a prezliect sa a uzit si plaz, kym bola nasa izba pripravena. Mimochodom plaz je uzasna, pieskovo kamienkova a voda priezracna a pokojna. Velmi blizko je obchod, aj restauracie ci pozicovne aut. Toto ubytovanie odporucam vsetkymi desiatimi :) ❤️

Pros:

Nette Gastgeberin, super Lage, großer Parkplatz mit genügend kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Das Zimmer wurde auch geputzt, was uns überrascht hat.

Cons:

Die Duschhalterung war kaputt, das Bett hat sehr laut gequitscht, wir sind mehrmals auf der Terrasse nass geworden, da jemand über uns geputzt hat.
Dafür kann die Gastgeberin nicht wirklich was, aber unsere Nachbarn im Zimmer daneben waren Kettenraucher und das ganze Apartment und die Terasse waren dadurch ständig vollgequalmt.

Location and the friendly owner

Cons:

We booked two flats which were on two different side's of the building and we had to regularly walk from one flat to the other. One of the guest's (50+ years old German guy) put his chair blocking the way and yelled at my daughter for passing by his apartment.I am not sure what the solution could be, but it would be nice if this confrontation could be avoided.

Beautiful view at two minutes walk from a stunning sea.
Pros:

The property is 2 minutes walk from the sea. The water and the beach are beautiful. Crisoula is a fantastic host, very helpful and keen to give advice on places to visit and restaurants.

Die Nähe zum Strand, chrysula ist so eine nette Vermieterin sie versucht alles zu ermöglichen, das Apartment war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

La casa si trova in un’ottima zona, con soli pochi passi si raggiunge il mare e la via principale in cui si possono trovare super market e ristoranti. L’host è sempre disponibile e felice di aiutare, ci ha consigliato esperienze da fare e ristoranti da provare, veramente fantastica!

Good enough
Pros:

Glad i had a car to get to the other side of the island where most things I wanted to do and see are. Easy enough to park for free at the beach. Unit had a microwave, which i was very happy about.

Cons:

Listing says restaurant, but there is not. Likewise, it doesn't say laundry, but there is available.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un camera vista mare che dispone di tutto il necessario. Pulizia impeccabile tutti i giorni.
Posizione fantastica, la struttura dista 50 metri dalla spiaggia di Kefalos a due passi da Agios Stefanos una delle spiagge più belle di Kos.
Meravigliosi i proprietari.
