Pros:

We stayed a night while we came to see dalada perahera. Hotel was good calm and relaxing small space was well planned and managed.
Restaurant on 5th floor is with a nice view.
1.5 k.m from vehicle road to kandy, bit difficult with kid’s or elder parents but we luckily managed with tuk tuk. Staff is super friendly and helping….

I would stay again…nice memory

Très bon séjour à Kandy
Pros:

La chambre était confortable et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, il y avait beaucoup de choix. La vue sur le lac est belle surtout depuis le restaurant au 5eme étage

Cons:

Un peu bruyant à cause de la route (surtout les klaxons)

The rooms and views were beautiful as were all the public areas. It was a lovely hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our sat, staff could t have been more helpful
Pros:

Good location overlooking the city! Rooms were spacious and modern with some traditional furniture which fitted in well.

Cons:

An issue with WiFi which they quickly resolved when they were made aware!

The location of the hotel was a perfect distance to the city and everything. Some staff were very lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The dinner food at the restaurant was delicious, however the staff was a bit unwelcoming or rushed. The breakfast was a bit messy.
They didn't seem to have any baby chairs at the restaurant.

Pros:

Really nice view for breakfast and it was a nice breakfast.

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Ordentliche, saubere Zimmer.
Hauseigenes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen.
Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Es gibt Zimmerkategorien bei denen die Fenster nur auf einen kleinen überdachten Innenhof sehen. Wer Wert auf Aussicht und lüften legt sollte die bessere Zimmerkategorie buchen. Da hat man Blick auf die Stadt und einen eigene Balkon. (Wir hatten für eine Nacht ein gratis Upgrade bekommen :D)

The view from the hotel is very nice

Cons:

May be i had higher expectations, but I was not overly impressed by this hotel when I got there. There was nothing majorly wrong, but I did not feel I am in a top tier hotel. There were flies all over breakfast and nobody was doing anything about them.

Pros:

Na twee weken rondreizen was het geweldig om in deze luxe kamer te verblijven met zijn vieren. Het is heel ruim, schoon en de badkamer hebben we ervaren als een spa, met een jacuzzi. Een heerlijke plek om bij te komen. Het ontbijt overtrof onze verwachtingen en ook 's avonds hebben we de meest heerlijke maaltijden voorgeschoteld gekregen in het restaurant met de heerlijkste desserts ooit. Prachtig uitzicht.
Goede locatie ook voor een bezoek aan Kandy en vanaf het restaurant uitzicht op de tempel met de tand van boeddha. Aanrader!

Cons:

Our room wasn’t cleaned / water wasn’t replaced despite us requesting this from the staff. The shower took at least 15 minutes to heat up - huge waste of water waiting for it to heat up. We found it an expensive stay for what we got.

Un acierto seguro en Kandy
Pros:

Este hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones. La habitación era amplia. El restaurante es muy bonito con buenas vistas de la ciudad de Kandy.

Cons:

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, muy completo y también la piscina con muy buenas vistas para un rato de relax.
