My First time in Kampala and at Kenendia Hotel
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable, the water pressure was good 😊 The soap was good quality, lathered well. I enjoyed Netflix and YouTube. The food was sumptuous. The two receptionists were very hospitable and didn't inconvenience me until I was able to change my money currency to pay the hotel.

Cons:

Include matoke to your breakfast menu.I didn't appreciate the fact that I had to pay the hotel rate's dollar conversion rate to UGX, unless there's a good explanation for this. I ended up paying UGX 12,000 more.
The hotel should market itself more, most cab drivers don't know it.

Für ein paar Tage absolut OK
Pros:

Sauber und gute zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders Anita von der Rezeption hilft in allen Angelegenheiten.

Cons:

Zimmer im 2.OG etwas warm, keine AC

Pros:

Le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant. Le personnel m'a beaucoup aidé en facilitant mon séjour avec un briefing sécurité, des applications de taxis, où aller et quand, etc.
La chambre est spacieuse et bien entretenue. La literie est changée tous les jours.

Cons:

Bien que la literie soit propre et changée quotidiennement, j'estime qu'il ya des serviettes de douche à déclasser.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié et assez monotone.
