Schöner Aufenthalt, Preis-Leistung gut, jedoch nicht hervorragend.

Aussenpool, Wellness, Küche, Service.

Cons:

Empfang: Eher reserviert, spärliche Auskunft für erstmalige Gäste (z.B. Präsentation Wellness, Zugang zum Nebengebäude etc.)
In dieser Kategorie zu kleines Badezimmer, enger Zugang zur Dusche.

Schönes Hotel mit viel Komfort
Pros:

Super Frühstück, toller Spa-Bereich mit textilfreiem und Textil-Bereich, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr cool ist auch der Infinity-Pool.
Gute Lage zu den Skigebieten (Silvretta aber auch Gargellen) Hotel-Shuttle zum Lift. Sehr genial gelöst ist die Verbindung der verschiedenen Gebäude. Vom Chalet Gipfelglück führt ein unterirdischer Gang, den man aber gar nicht als solchen wahrnimmt ins Hauptgebäude. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Wenig Haken für Jacken, Bademantel, Handtücher.
Leider war es im Bad recht kühl und hat der Kühlschrank im Zimmer recht laut gebrummt.
Das WLAN war nicht so stark und brach häufig ab, was vielleicht aber auch an unserer Zimmerlage lag.

Cons:

Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße, sehr laut. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück kein Service , viel zu wenig Mitarbeiter. Das Abendessen bei der Verwöhnpension war einfach und die Nachmittagsjause ein paar zusammengeschnittene Brötchen vom Frühstück mit Stückchen von Dauerwürsten……
Ganz schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Essens war sehr gut

Cons:

Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, als bei booking angegeben. Es war viel zu klein, kaum Tageslicht und direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Der Verkehr war die ganze Nacht zu hören. Das Bad hatte keine Lüftung und war ebenfalls viel zu klein. In einem vier Stern Hotel erwartet man so etwas nicht!

Genuss ist hier Programm :-)
Pros:

Die Einrichtung/Stil des ganzen Hotels ist mega gemütlich, zum wohlfühlen. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär, unkompliziert, Personal ist freundlich und das Essen top! Speziell schön war auch das zusätzliche Bett am grossen Fenster im Zimmer, zum schlafen oder einfach die Stimmung draussen zu beobachten. Der Aussen-Whirlpool war zudem unser Lieblingsort, nachts bis 22 Uhr, mit einer Mütze bei Minusgraden unter dem Sternenhimmel sprudeln, das war wunderschön.

Cons:

Die Temperatur des Pools dürfte für uns persönlich 3 Grad höher sein, damit man in dem wirklich tollen schönen Pool einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Whirlpool mit 34 Grad war perfekt, Pool mit 31 musste man sich einfach bewegen und schwimmen, dann gings.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit , Essen a la carte lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch mein etwas
ungewöhnlicher Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür !

Cons:

Die Saunen müssten bis zur angegebenen Zeit funktionieren und das Wasser im Außenbecken könnte etwas wärmer sein.
Aber ansonsten absolut TOP, inklusive der Einrichtung
