Cons:

Jโ€™ai du payer une deuxiรจme fois la taxe de sรฉjour. Lโ€™agent dโ€™accueil ne voulait pas nous rendre nos cartes dโ€™identitรฉ si je ne payait pas. Bien sรปr une plainte suivra ร  mon retour de vacances.

Good for the family.
Pros:

Good selection and delicious food, helpful, friendly and polite staff, clean room. The outside territory and pools were also cleaned everyday.

Cons:

Quite a walking distance from the sea, the free hotel bus could have more frequent timetable to go to the sea.

Living nightmare! Requested a move or refund and they said itโ€™s not their problem!!
Pros:

Nothing, this is the worst hotel I have ever been too! We checked out within an hour itโ€™s that bad and the staff are rude and ignorant!

Cons:

Everything! Rooms dirty, food and drink couldnโ€™t get too! Pool was packed and dirty! No sunbeds as the hotel was oversold and packed like sardinesโ€ฆ..

Pros:

The hotel is really big, there are 4 swimming pools and water slides. The kitchen staff is lovely! Especially the manager there!The food was nice, The room was clean. The activity was lovely. The operating staff are really nice

Cons:

There are not enough food options for those with allergies! The restaurant manager did take care of gluten-free food but only at dinner. The room we got was new but small I was with 3 small children and felt really crowded! The kids club was really shabby. Old toys, there's hardly anything to do there. Only on the last day there was dancing by the pool (I was 5 days). And there is a mini disco for kids but it's started really late! It says that it starts at 20:30 but in reality it started at a 20:50 For small children it is really late! You should star it up to at least 19:30. The toilets by the pool are smelly and dirty. The beds were horrible! Not comfortable at all! I felt like I was sinking into the mattress because it was soft

A value for money hotel with good food but the airconditioning needs to be better
Pros:

The hotel is very well run with friendly and capable staff. The food is varied, very tasty with a wide selection of salads, fresh fruit & vegetables. There is always a choice of meats, poultry & fish. There is also a good quality ice cream at the pool-bar every day. The restaurant is well run & there are no queues.
The pools & slides are clean & great fun. There is enough shade & sunbeds for everyone.

Cons:

The airconditioning in the standard rooms is very poor (July)I had my own electric fan with me and then it was just okay.
The outdoor dining area (even in the shade ) was far too hot, something like fans are desperately needed in the summer months.
The indoor kids club through the day is far too hot (July ) no airconditioning and no fans it is nothing more than a mass of colouring-in books and some toys. The girl from the entertainment group sits at the door but there is zero interaction or supervision.
