Pros:

Jag tycker om perfekt. Vi hade en fantastisk semester! Hotellet var rent och fint, personalen var mycket trevliga. Frukost, lunch och middag var varierade och väldigt goda varje dag. Allt fungerade perfekt och hela familjen trivdes. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell och kommer gärna tillbaka!

ממש כייף לילדים קטנים אבל צריך לבוא מוכנים
Pros:

המלון מעולה לילידים הרבה מתקנים לילדים מגלשות ובריכות ממש כייף עם הילדים .
מלא אוכל כל הזמן יש אוכל ופינוקים הצוות ממש טוב ואדיב
המלון קצת שבור אבל הרבה יותר טוב ממה שמקבלים בארץ

לצאת מהמלון מאוד יקר עם מוניות
האורחים במלון רובם בריטים וקצת קשה עם ילדים ישראלים וילדים בריטים הרבה מריבות.
צריך להביא שמפו ומרכך מהבית
צריך להביא בקבוקים רב פעמים כדי למלא בברזים של המשקאות
צריך להביא מתנפחים קטנים למגלשות

Not 4 star!
Pros:

the staff were very friendly and helpful

Food in the restaurant is good with lots of variety.

Cons:

This is advertised as a 4 star hotel, however it is not!

No water etc in the room, bedrooms are basic its self serve drinks during the day which consists of wine or beer on tap or soft drinks.

Very limited entertainment at night time, during the day the entertainment guy Martin tries his best, however the darts board is so old the days bounce back out 🫣

המלון טוב, נקי, מקבלים חדר משפחתי אחד גדול, ל5 נפשות, מיטת הורים, מחיצה באמצע, ו3 מיטות ילדים- מיטות נורמליות (כמו חצי מיטה זוגית), לא מיטות מתקפלות.
מקלחת גדולה ומרווחת עם ראש טוש גדול - ראש גשם, וגם שפופרת טוש.
החדר נקי, ובמצב טוב.
מנקים כל יום.
הכל כלול: כך שיש שתייה קלה,מוגזת, בירה ויין, כל היום.
יש מ10 בבוקר עד 18 בערב בנוסף לארוחות בחדר אוכל, גם אוכל במזנון הבריכה: נגאטס, טבעות בצל, המבורגר, צ'יפס, פירות וגלידה בגביע.
3 ברכות ובנוסף מתחם עם 3 מגלשות מים ממש שוות.
כל ערב יש פעילות: הופעה, בינגו, ערב יווני וכד
פינג פונג וטניס בחינם (יש בתי מלון הכל כלול שעל זה צריך לשים עוד כסף)
וצוות מפעיל במהלך היום: בבריכה, משחקי כדור, טורניר פינג פונג וכד.
אחלה צוות, נחמד , שירותי ואדיב.
בחדר אוכל צוות שלם דואג על הושבה, פינוי תמידי מהשולחן כדי שהצלחות לא יערמו.

Le personnel était au top ! La nourriture de bonne qualité. La chambre était très propre. Merci

J’ai du payer une deuxième fois la taxe de séjour. L’agent d’accueil ne voulait pas nous rendre nos cartes d’identité si je ne payait pas. Bien sûr une plainte suivra à mon retour de vacances.

Good for the family.
Pros:

Good selection and delicious food, helpful, friendly and polite staff, clean room. The outside territory and pools were also cleaned everyday.

Cons:

Quite a walking distance from the sea, the free hotel bus could have more frequent timetable to go to the sea.

Pros:

The hotel is really big, there are 4 swimming pools and water slides. The kitchen staff is lovely! Especially the manager there!The food was nice, The room was clean. The activity was lovely. The operating staff are really nice

Cons:

There are not enough food options for those with allergies! The restaurant manager did take care of gluten-free food but only at dinner. The room we got was new but small I was with 3 small children and felt really crowded! The kids club was really shabby. Old toys, there's hardly anything to do there. Only on the last day there was dancing by the pool (I was 5 days). And there is a mini disco for kids but it's started really late! It says that it starts at 20:30 but in reality it started at a 20:50 For small children it is really late! You should star it up to at least 19:30. The toilets by the pool are smelly and dirty. The beds were horrible! Not comfortable at all! I felt like I was sinking into the mattress because it was soft
