Pulizia ottima della struttura. Host davvero molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e molto presente. La struttura si trova in una zona molto sicura. Caffè e tisane calde sempre disponibili. Doccia calda. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulitissimi. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Shower pressure was a bit low. The gate is always locked and you don't have a key so you always need to ring the bell.
Very clean, very comfortable, Quiet at night and nice music played at perfect relaxed volume during the daytime. The staff were kind and friendly. The location is great, only a couple blocks from the main plaza. Safe and secure. Hot water in the shower, towels and soap provided, TV worked no problem. Coffee and tea provided all day. The windows face the courtyard, not the street, and you can close the shutters and the curtain and sleep really well in the dark.
It's a small hotel with just a few rooms. The common area is very basic. This is a great place to get a good night's sleep and a good rest. It is not a hostel or a social place at all. Only other comment would be that Popayán historic center is quite small; not a lot to see and 1-2 days is plenty. I visited at the end of June and many of the businesses and some museums were closed until August, it seems. But that's not the property's fault; they offer an excellent service.
Everything. Especially the lady owner who is kind and went out of her way to be helpful. She booked a guide for us to Sylvia market and he was excellent. Did our laundry rapidly. Suggested places to eat. Ordered a take out for us on our second night. The rooms are good, clean and spacious. Very central in the Centro historico. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The kindness of my Hostess who prepared me a hot, healthy tea because I was sick. I extended my stay an extra day, to get better, and the care and attention received were extraordinary. I'm very grateful.
