Pros:

The location and the apartment is fully air conditioned

Cons:

Mattresses and pillows were extremely hard and not comfortable at all. Toilets weren’t clean enough and floor drains were semi blocked and dirty. Bed sheets of one of the rooms weren’t clean and we had to request them to change them. Kitchen has no microwave and very limited utensils and cooking tools and we had to request some extra pots. Very old Furniture need renovation. No garden view, you can view only surrounding buildings. Very old building and not clean. No ventilation system in all toilets.
