Not recommended for winter stay, should be ok in Summer.
Pros:

Nice residential location and 800m walk to Paros port.

Cons:

Dated old hotel. Old tiny toilet and bathroom, desperately need renovation. Strong cigarettes smell in lobby, this hotel needs to implement some strict non-smoking policy. Old heating system in room, not pumping enough heat to keep the room warm in winter.

Pros:

La ubicación y la piscina

Cons:

Las camas son demasiado duras, estamos todos con dolor de espalda y solo dormimos dos noches ahí, la ducha estaba tapada quedaba el agua estancada, no nos dejaron ni siquiera 1 botella de agua en el refrigerador

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, με τα πόδια μπορείς να γυρίσεις όλο το κέντρο
Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό.

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα στο μπάνιο δεν ήταν καθόλου καλή. Η λεκάνη ήταν στον πάτο κατάμαυρη, η πόρτα χτυπημένη, ξεθωριασμένη με ένα χαρτάκι στην κλειδαρότρυπα αντί για κλειδί
Το βράδυ με τσίμπησε κάτι ενώ κοιμόμουν στο κρεβάτι που σημαίνει πως προφανώς δεν γίνεται επαρκή απεντόμωση

Posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto e dal centro della movida

Cons:

Assenza dell ascensore che con valige pesanti diventa uno sforzo non indifferente scendere la scalinata che porta alle camere , e soprattutto in fase di check out la "risalita"....
