Maravillosa estancia
Pros:

La ubicación es genial y el clima delicioso.
La vista del hotel es espectacular. Súper relajante.
El spa es divino. Recomiendo el masaje corporal con Martha. Fue maravilloso.
La atención es increíble. En especial David quien se esmera por atender súper bien a los huéspedes. Es una persona súper amable y respetuosa.
La comida deliciosa.

Cons:

La piscina es muy fría. Deben climatizarla al igual que el jacuzzi.
El Internet es inestable
Valdría la pena mejorar los ventiladores de las habitaciones y/ o en su defecto instalar aire acondicionado.
Sería muy positivo que el hotel contara con algún espacio para juegos cancha de ping pong, billar, etc
Solo tienen canales nacionales de televisión valdría la pena ampliar la oferta.

Punto a mejorar : Sería bueno más variedad en el desayuno todos los días son huevos al gusto pan o arepa.

Lindo paisaje pero hotel sobrevalorado costo vs. beneficio
Pros:

Lo que más disfruté fue el paisaje desde el hotel. La comodidad de la cama. La amabilidad del personal dentro del hotel. La cercanía al pueblo de La Mesa.

Cons:

La poca amabilidad del celador cuando llegamos, un desayuno demasiado básico, limitado y muy poca cantidad. La piscina estaba sucia. No siempre había alguien en recepción para solicitar alguna cosa, tocaba escribir al whatsapp. El costo vs. beneficio. Esperabamos más por ser hotel boutique. Muy altos los precios del SPA. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y se siente mucho calor, tuvimos que pedir un ventilador adicional. Se entraron insectos a la habitación en la noche, a pesar de tener una malla de seguridad porque estaba rota. Necesita mayor mantenimiento y limpieza en áreas comunes.

Relax total!
Pros:

Me gustó mucho que tenía la opción de llegar temprano, el clima es maravilloso y las instalaciones del hotel permiten el relax total.

Cons:

El menú me pareció un poco limitado, lo que probé estuvo exquisito, pero las opciones de proteína son pocas, termina uno limitado a carbohidratos como lasaña o pan de hamburguesas, quisiera que el menú tuviera opciones de cortes de carnes.
