Pros:

100m from the international terminal was fantastic

Cons:

I thought the price was a bit high the room looked larger in the picture and thought the room was cramped

Pros:

Location at airport, path leading straight there, serves its purpose perfectly. Nice shower, bathroom, bed, as you would expect for novitel.. View not good, airports are not beautiful, but I doubt anyone comes here for the view.

Cons:

A few basic errors, no coffee in the room, decaf only. they forgot to charge me for the stay, eventually all sorted.

Convenient, comfortable beds and apart from the odour a nice hotel for transit

Fantastic Location, Lovely Hotel,

Cons:

Our room had a terrible odour like someone had just been to the toilet . The staff did offer to come and have a look so I said we would shower and then they could come up however after an 11 hour drive and a 3am start the next day I called back and said don't worry and just sprayed perfume to mask the smell as we were exhausted. For the price we paid I would have not expected to experience this and although they did offer to come up the Duty Manager was curt and more worried about a review than our personal comfort when I declined, no apology just said these things happen.
