Lovely building and surrounds, but lacked atmosphere, overall very disappointed .
Pros:

The room was a good size.

Cons:

When i went to the bar to order food and drink, the young lady serving seemed to be overwhelmed, the bar wasn't busy. Fortunately another member of staff helped to smooth the situation out, which i commend her for being on her game.

Fabulous stay in very comfortable country house hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Impressive building, grand but comfortable interiors. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. A very relaxing stay, lovely food, beautiful grounds.

A beautiful location, excellent facilities and amazing staff. A special shout out to the young girl working in the Nancy Tennant Lounge. Her service was exceptional and it was her first night working on her own.

KINGA on reception was wonderful, indeed all of the staff were courteous and cheerful
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, food quality overall was good however the chef failed at to cook the steak at dinner as well done and even on returning it to the table it still was medium at best but my guest decided to just eat it.

Cons:

Rooms we’re excessively warm, no place to put toiletries in bathroom, no separate door on toilet.
