after first night stay we have to cancel other hotel and staying one more night here!
in the beginning, the front desk staff claimed they ran out air conditioning room -but the manager help sorted it out in the end!

Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’hotel e i piatti erano gustosissimi, preparati con materie prime della zona.
La colazione nella splendida sala è stata superlativa, disponibilità di buffet e di piatti preparati al momento.

Ayant réservé 5 nuits et me retrouver face aux ordures et confronté au bruit des compresseurs. On m’a quand même changé de chambre le lendemain mais avec une douche qui ne fonctionnait pas. Inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing à moins que les clients booking soient moins bien traités. J’avais pourtant une petite carte à mon arrivée me traitant d’hôte du jour 😂
Beautiful rooms, lovely friendly staff, great location, the best part of our uk visit.
Hard to find anything not to like, so all I could think was that the lift was like the slowest elevator in human history, and the grass lawn at the back of the house needs a lot of TLC to restore it to former glory.

Breakfast was a great start to the day, location is 25 minutes from my home. The staff go above and beyond.our party of guests involved where bride and groom with family staying at crathorne hall which was lovely even though our wedding venue was else where. All involved where so impressed with the hotel from start to finish

Breakfast and Location were just amazing...Martin (Breakfast) was exceptionally polite and professional. Becca who checked us was professional and advised on local history etc. I would go back in a heartbeat.
The free WiFi was the only negative...it was awful. I really do think if they had better WiFi they could open up the venue for business conference and focused exhibition...the atmosphere and ambience would be electric

The bar lounge is very dark but that’s just a personal preference.

We received a call 30 minutes before check-in to say there had been an error with our room and, as the hotel was fully booked, they couldn’t accommodate us. As we had six family bookings for a special occasion, management quickly stepped in, called us back within 10 minutes, upgraded our room, fully refunded our stay, and included complimentary breakfast. They were willing to check us in at anytime through the night when we arrived back from family function.
We also arrived to Prosecco, chocolates, and a handwritten apology note.
Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. While the initial issue was stressful, the way it was handled was exceptional. We would 100% stay here again.
The initial phone call about our room issue could have been handled more professionally, with better communication and customer service. However, management stepped in quickly, resolved the situation, and turned the experience around completely.
