Cons:

Very bad and immature reception boy.
Please train him before contact customers.
They noticed many facilities, but there's no more facilities,even TV .
They haven't safe parking.
Balcony and room view directly open to road and a school.

Pros:

Its quite peaceful as up the hill from the lake & the 1 member of staff that's here is a sweetie & helpful

Cons:

No fridge, no bedside light ( just very bright ceiling light) nowhere to eat & drink nearby & altho I have a balcony there is no view & nothing to sit on!
Also the pool is not here - its in a hotel down the road!

Good stay
Pros:

The place was very nice and comfortable beds the WiFi was good. The breakfast was in another hotel of them near with amazing view of the lake was a bit expensive but definitely worth as the food was good

Cons:

Is a bit fare from the city center u need a tuk tuk
