Important information:

Children under 2 years old can stay for free in the room. All requests are subject to the room category. Meals or extra services required are not included and should be paid at the hotel.

Parking fees are EUR 25 per day, per car. We require advance booking. Please contact the property directly.

During the high season period from December 20, 2025 – January 6, 2026 we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking. From February 1, 2025 to March 1, 2025, we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation.

The New Years Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for all guests staying on 31 December, prices are not included in the accommodations. Events team will contact you in order to pre-book.

When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel, staff went above and beyond. Facilities were great. Had a daily private transfer to the ski slopes where staff would carry your skis.

Cons:

The restaurants for dinner weren’t amazing, however breakfast was great.

Pros:

O hotel é lindíssimo, com uma decoração moderna e rústica, muito agradável… com um junior Club que o meu filho adorou, um ginásio simpático e termas de água para usufruto diário, para além da facilidade de parque de estacionamento interno. Embora tenhamos ido no verão, foi uma experiência maravilhosa.

Cons:

A ventoinha que foi colocada para climatizar o quarto não responde as necessidades, deixando o ambiente sempre quente e desconfortável e por isso tivemos que manter sempre as janelas abertas, que eram viradas para a rua e o barulho dos carros acabava por ser desagradável. Sugeria a inclusão de ar condicionado para tornar a visita excepcional no verão também.

"Pé na neve" 5 estrelas
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado e com uma pista de ski "na porta", funcionários simpáticos e dispostos. restaurante com comida boa e excelente atendimento.
Quando se vai à praia deseja-se um hotel "pé na areia", pois bem este é a versão "pé na neve".

Cons:

Especialmente no quarto que fiquei, a noite, escuta-se um pouco dos barulhos da abertura da porta do elevador, nada que desabone o hotel e provavelmente não aconteça em outros quartos.
