Important information:

Children under 2 years old can stay for free in the room. All requests are subject to the room category. Meals or extra services required are not included and should be paid at the hotel.

Parking fees are EUR 25 per day, per car. We require advance booking. Please contact the property directly.

During the high season period from December 19 to – January 5, we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking. From January 29th to february 28th we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation.

The New Years Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for all guests staying on 31 December, prices are not included in the accommodation. Events team will contact you in order to pre-book.

When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

En general la sensación ha sido muy buena. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cómodas. Tiene una decoración muy bonita. El salón es súper acogedor y agradable. La terraza preciosa y relajante . La ubicación es genial.

Cons:

Noté al personal de recepción un poco disperso sin dar mucha información (salvo que le preguntes donde es el desayuno, en qué lugar está ubicado el spa o qué horario tiene el bar).El circuito de agua en el Spa admite niños desde la mañana a las 18.00h (sin reserva previa) y la única vez que lo usamos estaba desbordado. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado (es verdad que está en altitud y puede no ser necesario o si, como en nuestro caso que lo echamos en falta en algún momento)
