It was 3,5 out of 10.
Pros:

Just a modest hotel with some issues with cleanliness. Staff were exceptionally nice. They always provided anything I asked them for. Moreover, blankets, pillows and towels were quite clean

Cons:

It was quite dirty. When I entered my room for the first time, it has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Furthermore, my toilet was dirty with someone’s urine and toilet paper. Wallpapers were loose in some parts of my room. My room didn’t have a fire alarm system what actually terrified me. TV didn’t have a remote controller.
