It was okay, but somewhat disappointing. Promised a fridge, never happening.
Pros:

Location was great, good lighting, and clean.

Cons:

No fridge, no maid service, no outdoor seating furniture, very noisy at night and at 6am. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. Slamming of doors and kids running around screaming. Would have been nice to have a daily towel service.

Heimeliges Hotel an bester Lage. Personal super. Lucilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und Patronin und hat sich wunderbar um meine Belange gekümmert.

You can’t not tell your guests about construction works
Pros:

Location on boardwalk can’t be beat, close to watertaxi and beach. Quite clean.

Cons:

You can’t change your whole hotel into a construction site without telling your guests before booking! A note in our room said construction works would start at 10am, but in reality it was 7am.

Also the lady at recption was quite rude - no ‘hi’, ‘welcome’, ‘did you have a good trip’ or explanation or apologies about the construction works at all. She didn’t even look at us, she was only concerned about money (she did become more attentive later in our stay).

Note that this an aggressively “budget” hotel, so don’t expect any comfort. Uncomfortable matrass and pillows, no way to switch on the fan without the light, and a terrible smell from the bathroom.

Good location, very sparse amenities.
Pros:

The location was great and the value was comparatively good.

Cons:

Staff was grumpy when I checked in, and while they had told us construction was happening between 10 and 5 pm, but we were awakened by saws and loud powerwashing before 8 am that continued until we left at 10. Property was clean but very sparse.

Nice place in the village
Pros:

It is in a great location middle of the village right near beach

Cons:

Construction going on which really did not bother us they are working on fixing it up . It could use better secured doors and maybe some outside chairs to sit in.

Nice place to stay, modern amenities, clean
Pros:

Easy to get to. Centrally located.

Cons:

Noisy construction was going on all day Friday and all day Saturday right outside my room. Also, there were no chairs on the balcony to sit outside.

Love the that the location was not far frm the restaurants supermarkets the entertaining nite spots. Was very quiet

Great location, decent room, OK wifi
Pros:

Location was great - located right on the city long sidewalk and steps from the beach.

Cons:

wifi was not good in our room but fine if we went out to the front deck (only problem was that the bugs were bad!)
