The Location was perfect- very calm and yet very centraal to the town and a few steps away from the approach to a major rock climbing area. The owners were really friendly and lovely and the flat was cozy and equipped very well.

5***** Ich habe mich in den Alkyon Studios vom ersten Augenblick an super wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber Helen und Giorgio sind sehr freundlich und herzlich und man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung war schon eine Schale mit Obst, Keksen und zwei Flaschen Wasser vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas abseits der Straße, alle Shop und Restaurants können über einen längeren Treppenweg gut erreicht werden.
Das absolute Highlight war definitiv der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer und auf die Insel Telendos – einfach atemberaubend! Perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag oder einen ruhigen Abend bei Sonnenuntergang.
Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Helen and Giorgio are wonderful hosts—very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is very well-equipped with everything you need, and the location is incredibly quiet and peaceful. We felt the apartment offered great value for money. Highly recommend

La casa bellissima e ottima la posizione

View was amazing and even better during sunsets. To reach the property from the beach, there are stairs but the view worths to climb it.

The apartment was clean and has lots of stuff like air conditioner, coffee machine and kettle.

The owner was also very helpful.

Δεν έχουμε να σημειώσουμε τίποτα αρνητικό για το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Να ξεκινήσουμε από τους ιδιοκτήτες, που πέρα από γλυκύτατοι ήταν και πάρα πολύ βοηθητικοί σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Highlight είναι η μοναδική θέα από το μπαλκόνι, το νησί της Τελενδου και το απίστευτο ηλιοβασίλεμα που έχεις την τύχη να βλέπεις κάθε μέρα από το παράθυρο του δωματίου σου. Το δωμάτιο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με πετσέτες - ακόμα και θαλασσης - μαγειρικά και κουζινικά είδη και σκεύη, πεντακάθαρο, πολύ βολικό, ευάερο και αισθητικά πολύ πολύ όμορφο! Τέλος, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία!

Struttura bellissima con panorama mozzafiato. I proprietari Giorgio ed Elena sono fantastici. Nella stanza c'era tutto, tutto era pulitissimo e nuovo, sembrava di stare a casa. La posizione offre una vista bellissima ed essendo leggermente spostati dalla via principale è silenziosissima nella notte. Grazie Giorgio ed Elena per aver reso questa vacanza meravigliosa.

The property is very recently renovated. It is fully equipped with everything you need and it is obvious by the small details ( summer towels, board games etc) that the owners have put extra effort to make the stay enjoyable. Also, the best view of the sunset. Last but definitely not least, the hosts, George and Eleni. Always with a smile, accommodating any request, made us feel like home. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

La chambre était très belle et confortable , la vue incroyable sur le coucher de soleil , les petits details dans les equipments ! Une très très bonne adresse

Séjour exceptionnel chez George et Hélène pendant une semaine, nous avons tout apprécié : accueil exceptionnel à notre arrivée et jusqu'à notre départ à 6h (!), studio très bien équipé où il ne manquait rien, literie confortable, salle de bain agréable, lave-linge appréciable avec un enfant, terrasse très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur Telendos et le coucher de soleil, emplacement idéal proche de la plage et des commerces et restaurants mais au calme !
Nous n'avons rien de négatif à mentionner !

Υπεροχο εξωτερικα και εσωτερικα! Πανεμορφη θεα την Τελενδο και ομορφη αυλη. Μεσα ειχε ολα οσα χρειαζεται ο επισκεπτης. Πραγματικα δεν μας ελειψε τιποτα, ηταν φανταστικη η φιλοξενια των ανθρωπων εκει και περασαμε τελεια!
