Pros:

The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The barman at the pool bar was outstanding and provided exceptional service. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the cruise port and the old town. Our room was very spacious and well-equipped, including a kitchen and a separate living area, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Very close to the old town and the harbour. The room was spacious with a separate living room and small kitchen.

The shower is in the bath, which can be difficult for people with mobility issues.

5 day getaway over Easter - perfect to help recharge
Pros:

Location - amazing, with just a 5 minute walk to the old town.
Parking - no actual car park with the hotel, but the road outside the hotel always had spaces in the 5 days we were there
Breakfast - one of the better continental breakfasts I have been to
Price - got an amazing offer last minute, absolutely worth it!
Staff - all of them are really friendly
Shop next door - lovely little shop next door to at is directly linked to the hotel, has everything you need or could want during a holiday stay for little bits and pieces (including vapes for my smoking partner)
Gym - great facility for a relatively small hotel
Balcony - we had a balcony room, and they are nice and spacious

Cons:

The only “negatives” I can give is the views not being that great, we had a balcony view to the harbour, but I am being very critical here. The location makes it obvious that that is what you are going to get. Still interesting to watch the boats come and go.
The bathroom was a bit dark and the shower pressure a bit weak.. but again being very critical here now.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Athineon Hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and very close to the port. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. Everything was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved having a separate living area and a kitchenette in our apartment.
The breakfast buffet had a great selection.
A very huge thank you to the friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. All of them were incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Even the gentleman in the minimarket was so polite. The on-site mini-market was also very convenient for picking up essentials.  We would definitely stay here again and again.

Очень хороше месторасположение, вид из окна на причал, большой крмфортный номер двухкомнатный на 4-х. мини-кухня. Завтраки .

Cons:

Не сообразили, что HB - это ужин без возможности изменения. и не буффет и не шведский стол. Да вкусно, но всё таки хочется самому выбрать , чем ужинать.

the staff were really nice. I wouldnt stay again. the place is old and a bunch of things do not work/are broken.

Multiple things were broken: cabinets, hairdryer, safe doesnt work, no heating except small heater they provided. Bed is okay, had to get extra blankets the 2nd night. Overall room was in poor condition

Loud in the morning, cleaners woke us up.

Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen, wenn wir Rhodos-Stadt besuchen.
Pros:

Für uns war es das perfekte Hotel. Familiär und nicht so gross.
Grosses Apartment in der obersten Etage mit Balkon und Blick auf den Hafen. Haben wir sehr genossen. Schöne Lobby und Hotelbar mit guten Cocktails.
Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett. Lage vom Hotel super, genug Parkplätze vor dem Haus, schöner Spaziergang zur Altstadt, direkt neben einem kleinen Park. In der Nähe einige gute Restaurants, wo auch die Einheimischen hingehen.

Cons:

Der Orangensaft beim Frühstücksbüffet. War leider kein Saft, sondern wie in vielen Hotels üblich, Zuckerwasser mit Aroma. Wenn man etwas später zum Frühstück kam, war das Frühstücksbüffet schon sehr lückenhaft.

Comodo e confortevole.
Pros:

La posizione, comoda per il centro di Rodi e con facilità di trovare parcheggio lungo la strada. La colazione con tantissima scelta di ottimi cibi sia dolci che salati. La dimensione dell'appartamento con tutto il necessario. Il buon rapporto tra qualità e prezzo.

Cons:

La persona che abbiamo trovato alla reception quando siamo arrivati non era il massimo della gentilezza. Peraltro, continuava a fare telefonate, mentre eravamo in attesa al banco.
