Poco funzionale come appartamento, si tratta di una stanza d’albergo con piccolo angolo cottura, tavolo piccolissimo per mangiare solo in balcone, no vista mare ma vista su strada molto rumorosa fino a tardi per incontro gruppi giovani, molto distante dal mare e non così vicino al centro

Unfortunately, our bed was not clean. The blanket smelled unpleasant, and there was even a plaster from previous guests stuck on it. The stove didn’t work properly – before each use you had to reset the fuse, which the staff was aware of. The toaster also didn’t work. The room had no dining table, only a very small desk (about 30 cm wide) under the TV, which was more suitable for office work. There were no chairs for dining either. Since we were two people, we couldn’t even sit and eat properly in the room. Having a kitchen is of little use if you end up having to eat your meals in bed because there’s no proper dining table with chairs.

Toilet was smelling badly all the time like it was moving the smell back from severs (?). Internet mostly didn’t work. A cockroach came to our room which I had to kill and I hate to kill anything so this made me super sad. No cleaning throughout the stay and no change of linen (one day we asked the lady that was around there and she gave us a change of towels) - on the page there is info „Linen and towel change every 3 days - Cleaning every 3 days”.
No spare toilet papier, no spare trash bag and I recommend taking some kitchen cloth with you and a pan because the pan in the apartment is maximally scratched and you cannot cook on it.
Sea view was not as good as in pictures of the room we booked - front was totally covered by building in front. Hard to find parking space.

Nem volt lehetőség takarításra, 5 napra foglaltunk, nem tudtuk hova tenni a szemetünket ami nagyon zavaró volt az utolsó nap végére.

I was expecting a 2 rooms space and it was just 1 space for 4 people. Also I was expecting to have parking space but there were 3 slots available for 7-8 rooms (I dont know the exact number). No host just Whatup messages and Viber which were blocked as phishing attempts. Very poor communication. Also it is mentioned as near to city location while you have to be very athletic to cope with the hill walk. No you cannot walk to the city.

Purtroppo non era presente neanche uno specchio grande, se non quello del bagno.
Eravamo in 3 e c’erano solo 2 sedie quindi se decidi di mangiare in casa è un po’ scomodo anche per via del tavolo piccolino.

Manque d’équipements : gel douche (uniquement du shampooing), pas de poivre, ni de sel, ni huile d’olive, pas de fer à repasser, vaisselle limitée
Je recommande d’aménager le rooftop avec des chaises, tables, transats et peut être même une piscine ou un jacuzzi.
Vue depuis la terrasse altérée par un poteau électrique et la maison d’en face (photo de l’annonce était la terrasse du 3ème étage nous étions au 1er)

I had to ask for clean towels, no cleaning was included (we did it ourselves). The owner shall consider changing the check out later than 10am, considering that the next check in is at 5pm... We asked for more time to leave due to our children being ill, but we received a negative response.

De netflix werkt niet en er werd niet geholpen. We verbleven 6 dagen en kregen geen nieuwe handdoeken wat voor dat geld minimaal was! Geen reactie gekregen op het personeel gek!!!

Non ci sono appendiabiti per le asciugami in bagno o nella stanza, non vi alcun gancio per appendere qualcosa. Wi-Fi non funzionante. Nella doccia la finestra non ha oscurante alle 6 di mattino entra piena luce nella stanza. Poltrona inutile in camera, ma assenza di un tavolino per poter anche far colazione, in balcone c’è ma bisogna portarlo dentro perché al mattino è esposto in pieno sole. Al momento della prenotazione ho chiesto in modo specifico le modalità del cambio asciugami e il servizio pulizia. Purtroppo ho dovuto scrivere e insistere per avere entrambi, peccato.

Some amenities were missing, such as a drying rack and the remote control (though it was provided after we requested it). The stove stopped working on the second day, and the room lacked a proper table and chairs, as well as hooks for towels in the bathroom. Our room didn’t have a balcony, but there is a lovely rooftop terrace with a stunning view, which was a nice bonus.
