I liked the view , and how spacious the place was. And the beds were so comfy
When I stepped into the washroom there were sand on the floor , and when i opened the room it had a bad odour , because of not fully dried carpets.
Clean rooms, good food.
They charged us for food (room service around (9:45pm) that we didn't get. When we went to the restaurant to remedy it they were closed (since they close at 10:00pm). When we spoke to the owners about it, they said that they will look into it and never came back. Very disappointed in that.
It looks like the same staff who work in the reception desk, also works in the restaurant and cash counter - so sometimes there is a delay in paying for food and other services.
There is a school in front of the building so morning/afternoon there is a lot of traffic and noise.
Apartment style room and proximity to the city.
Staff were very helpful. Nothing was a problem. Having the restaurant made our stay enjoyable as we had a couple of busy days and not having to find somewhere to eat was perfect.
Rooms were comfortable with good space.

The location is a bit away from downtown but at more height than downtown. So you get a nice view from balcony. The manager is great at hospitality and recommendations.

Overall great experience..
Stayed there for 02 nights and loved the place. Apartment was equipped with the basic needs for a comfortable stay. Loved the view from the room and from the rooftop.
It's about 05 minutes drive from the city area, located in a very peaceful and easy accessible location.
Special thanks to Navodhya and Heshan for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Wish both of them a bright future!!

the reception team and manager , they were very helpful people and ready to assist you any time , the view from the balcony , the room is quite large and clean , nice food in the Restaurant
its a Little pit hard to find transportation from the city center to the hotel
Clean, spacious, helpful staff and delicious food prepared in the upstairs restaurant.

Good sized suite, anodyne interior, kitchen had nice view, Chef and wait service poor, decided not to eat there, food served or prepared night before for breakfast as it came withered to the table, gave up and ate out. Evening meal was an empty restaurant, should, pricey, didn't do it as morning experience was off putting, would have been a risky decision. Food and kitchen needs to be thought. Location is a big draw back, remote, noisy as VB it is opposite a school which kicks off from us 7am to 8am, lots of bugs being cried off. Overall forgetting for to kitchen and chef, and location
