Right in the heart of Cognac. Excellent staff and facilities.

Cons:

Need a small mini bar/fridge in the rooms - especially important with the heat wave.

Staff good, room good, hotel very jaded

Our room, bathroom, location

Cons:

Lift not working so had to use stairs, we were on second floor, so many stairs. Food was terrible, evening meal and breakfast. I also got locked in toilet in our room as lock was faulty. Also courtyard was messy, with dead plants.

Hotel Heritage felt wonderfully French to me. My husband and I loved it.
Pros:

A lovely hotel in the heart of the town. Beautiful courtyard and lovely food. The bed was very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were smiley and helpful.

Beautiful old hotel, very clean. Lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Top Lage, sehr zentral ! Martell und Remy Martin sind fußläufig erreichbar! Zimmer sehr sauber !! Personal sehr freundlich. Man kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Abendessen ist Fast Food in schlechter Qualität und ist nicht empfehlenswert!!!
