سيه جدا لا انصح أبدا التعامل معهم

لقدحجزت غرفه في أجنحه كريستال وعندما جاءت قالالشخص المختص بان غرفتك قد اجرت لشخص آخر ولذلك نحولك إلى فندق كريستال التابع لهم ايضاً وهذا قمه عدم المصداقيه وعدم الالتزام لا يستحق التعامل معهم نهائياً

Bad experience

I was around 12 PM instead of 1 PM.

Cons:

The furniture is old and heavily worn. Some electrical cables in the room were left exposed, which felt unsafe. The breakfast was very poor in quality and selection.
During check-in, the staff member was distracted, having a personal conversation with a friend instead of focusing on guests. The key card failed twice, and on one occasion the security alarm was triggered. I had to return to the front desk two separate times to resolve the issue because the staff member was not attentive.

Me and the room next to me are separated by a door and I had to endorse their noise the whole day and night.
Additionally, the TV did not work, and the room phone was also out of order.
This was my second stay at the hotel. My first visit was good, but the service and overall quality have clearly declined.
What concerns me most is that I noticed multiple guests being asked to pay extra Jordanian Dinars at checkout. I had already made my reservation through Booking.com and paid at the front desk before checking in, so this raised serious concerns. It made me question whether this practice is legitimate or if something inappropriate is happening.

ما شاء الله مرتب تعامل الموظفين راقي خاصه الشاب محمد في المساء قمه في الاحترام والتعامل والله اني قولت له من فضلك صحيني الفجر عندي سفر بنفسه جاني علي الغرفه بحمص ولبنه وقالي حتي تفطر قبل السفر جزاه الله خيرا
