Very Mixed Feelings
Pros:

On the positive side, the location was convenient for exploring Amman, the prices were very affordable, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues that let the stay down. During our three-night stay, our room wasn’t cleaned once, we weren’t given fresh towels, and the toiletries were never replenished. Every day when we returned to the hotel, our key cards had stopped working, meaning we had to visit reception each time to have them reactivated, which became quite frustrating.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Although breakfast was included with our booking, the selection was extremely limited – just bread, a few sauces, cucumber, and some sliced meat. To make matters worse, drinks weren’t included. We were charged 11 JOD for one coffee and two orange juices, which felt excessive considering breakfast was advertised as included.

Et fantastisk ophold fra start til slut. Skønt hotel, fremragende service, lækker morgenmad og en fantastisk suite-opgra
Pros:

Fantastisk hotel, som vi varmt kan anbefale. Beliggenheden er helt perfekt i et elegant og hyggeligt område i hjertet af Amman med nem adgang til byens seværdigheder, restauranter og butikker. Personalet var utrolig venlige, professionelle og hjælpsomme under hele opholdet. Morgenmaden var fremragende med friske råvarer af høj kvalitet og et stort udvalg af lækre retter. Som en ekstra gestus blev vi uden beregning opgraderet til en større og mere eksklusiv suite, hvilket vi satte enormt stor pris på. Det gjorde vores ophold endnu mere mindeværdigt.

Cons:

Intet særligt at bemærke. Vi havde et meget behageligt ophold og var yderst tilfredse med både service, faciliteter og komfort.
