Cons:

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. Communication was poor. They didn't send any check-in-related information until we arrived. There is no reception at the facility, so you have to ask people around you to find out where to collect the keys. When you arrive to that location, the staff don't know much about your booking, so they have to find out who to call. When they finally did, they sent us instructions to our email for checking in, asking us to walk to another location to pick up the keys. No one wants to spend 25 minutes solving a puzzle to find out how to get the keys to their room. In the mean time, there is nowhere to park and you need to sort out the parking problem until you get into the facility.

Wszystko było na wyciągnięcie ręki-na dole w obiekcie restauracja, do której można było zejść bez kurtek, garaż podziemny, narciarnia, zaraz przy wyjściu przystanek skibus, sklep w promieniu 2min piechotą

Nowoczesny, komfortowy apartament, w pełni wyposażony, utrzymany w wysokim standardzie i czystości. Nawet 6 osób spędziło czas przyjemnie i wygodnie.

Cons:

Nádherné moderní ubytování v centru Pece. Vše potřebné na apartmánu, garážové stání, lyzarna se sušičkou bot. vše od ubytování blízko. Moc jsme byli spokojeni, moc děkujeme🙏

Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i miejsca:)
Pros:

Apartament przestronny, wygodny. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bezpośrednio przy przystanku SKIBUSA. Obok wejścia do budynku przystanek w stronę wyciągów w Pecu, po drugiej stronie ulicy przystanek do ośrodka Janske Laznie. Blisko do supermarketu i sklepu z pamiątkami. W budynku bardzo dobra restauracja z włoskim jedzeniem. Miejsce parkingowe w hali garażowej pod budynkiem. Super udogodnieniem był indywidualny zamykany na klucz boks na narty z suszarką na buty.

Cons:

Całkowicie zatkany odpływ wody w umywalce - musieliśmy sami wyczyścić, żeby korzystać. Brudny toster. Ślady błota w szafie w przedpokoju. Brak szmaty do podłogi/nakładki na mopa. Tylko jeden komplet kluczy - powinny być przynajmniej 2 komplety. Brak śniadań pomimo opisu na stronie o możliwości wykupienia (restauracja na dole nie obsługuje opcji śniadań).

Pros:

Výborná lokalita, útulný, prostorný a čistý apartmán, pohodlné postele. Kuchyňský kout plně vybavený. Parkování na soukromém místě v parkovací garáži. Pobyt s pejskem nebyl problém. Ochotný a milý personál. Předání klíčů bezproblémové. Vše na dosah ruky, restaurace, samoobsluha, obchůdky. Zastávka skibusu před budovou, to se nám bude v zimě hodit. Určitě se do apartmánu vrátíme.
