Cons:

No era lo que se ofrecio , es decir un departamento independiente como esperaba una habitación matrominial y otra habitación para dos con servicios indepoendientes.
Era una habitación dividida con un "plastico " donde había una cama matrimonial que no daba espacio para caminar m sin telvision , lugubre .
La otra habitación para dos camas daba a una sala de la casa que no era parte de lo ofrecido , el baño estaba distante .
El precio fue excecivo para la habitación.
En realidad fue un engaño total

Good for an overnight stop.
Pros:

The rooms are on the flat roof with good views across the surrounding properties to the distant mountains. Parking for two motorcycles was secure, albeit we had to park on the grass and, even with a larger foot, the sidestand was sinking in to the sand.

There was a wash basin and drying lines, if you wanted to wash any clothes and leave out to dry overnight. We didn't but I reckon they would have dried OK.

Despite all the problems, it was good value for money and good for an overnight stop. The host was very nice.

Cons:

The shower - I couldn't use it. It is a suicide shower and when I was checking the temperature before getting in, I was getting electric shocks through my hand and arm - I wasn't going to stick more of me under! I didn't mention it to the host as the language barrier would have been my problem - I should have as I'm sure it will be checked out.

There was no shower curtain. I mentioned it to the host and he and his wife did come in to fit one.

There was no toilet seat and whilst this would be normal for some parts of Central America, it was not what we had become accustomed to in South America (though I have no doubt there will be others)

Cleanliness was not great but OK. The towels were small and tired.

I don't know if it is a one-off but a party started up at midnight and carried on until 4am. This is not something the host could do anything about as it was in the (otherwise quiet) neighbourhood.
