הדירה הייתה מרווחת ודי נקייה (חוץ מריח לא טוב במקרר). מיקום מצוין ליד הים
הגענו באמצע הלילה ולא הייתה נפש חיה. יש תיבות עם קוד כניסה אך לא היה את הקוד. האחראית פשוט הלכה הביתה בלי להשאיר לנו הנחיות והשאירה אותנו בחוץ באמצע הלילה עם ילדים. במקרה מצאנו איש קשר בעיירה שהתקשר אליה והיא מסרה לו את הקוד. למעשה הגענו בחצות ורק סביב 2:00 בלילה נכנסנו לדירה אחרי המון מתח ןלחץ נפשי. ההתנהלות של המקום הייתה מכפישה אחרי שהעלנו את הטענות שלנו. הם לא לקחו אחראיות וכתבו תשובות מעליבות, ירדו לפסים של חינוך ילדים וכד'. היינו מזועזעים ובסופו של דבר החוויה הזאת צבעה את כל השהות שלנו במקום. צוות והנהלה נוראיים.

Excellent location, just above the seafront, with anything you may need at your feet. Clean and cozy, with the best feature being the balcony. Spacious and good for a family of four to stay for a few days.
The communication was bad at first, so it was a bit frustrating. However, as time passed it became easier and better.

The room is easily accessible, in a building with its own parking space, quiet, well aired, spacious and brilliantly equipped! Everything you can possibly need for your stay, this place has it. Importantly, the staff are super friendly and helpful and they will go the extra mile to make your experience smooth and memorable. The location is superb and everything you need for your holiday is within hand's reach literally!

Very good location at the centre of Derveni, very convenient car parking at the hotel. Very spacious room with a nice balcony. Also we asked for an early check-in, and we were granted that.
Unfortunately our room had zero soundproofing (we had a small baby and it was impossible to sleep-rest, we could hear all the noise from the busy road, cars passing by, loud voices, etc) Also, during our 5-day stay, our room was only cleaned once. No breakfast is served at the hotel.

Unfortunately, as there was no sun that day, there was no hot water, although the heater was switched on.

The apartment is fine for a stop over night
- For the price the apartment feels quite plain, with minimal extra touches
- The shower was cold (not sure if there are instructions somewhere to make it hot, we couldn't find them) and if you turn on the hydro massage function first it will flood the floor
- the terrace is in a car park. It is surrounded with lovely vines and flowers but still you are conscious you are in the car park
- the kids beds are downstairs and the double bed and toilet are upstairs. If your kids need the toilet in the night they might struggle with the stairs
The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and there was easy off-street parking. Thanks!
