Pros:

The Customer service was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Some of the facilities could have been a little fresher considering this was a 4 star hotel. Pool area and floor boards

Prima hotel voor een paar dagen
Pros:

Heel goed ontbijt. Hygiene ook prima. Matras lag redelijk, beetje bouncy. Het bed was wel lekker breed. Kamer was oke. Hotel heeft een goede sfeer.

Cons:

Badkamer was wel heel erg klein. En wij hadden een douchekop die water over je heen spoot ipv op je. en hij bleef niet in de stang hangen. Douche lijkt meer op een kast zo klein. Er was geen föhn aanwezig. En je kon je Toilettas niet kwijt.

Bij het zwembad erg weinig zon eind september.

Super séjour culturel.
Pros:

Hôtel au top, propre, bien équipé, petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel très sympa, merci à Lavish et Trainee qui parlent français et bien sûr à tout le reste du personnel de l'hôtel. Bien situé.

Very enjoyable for out 4 day stay
Pros:

Spotless Hotel, everything was reachable on foot with a short walk. Staff couldn't do enough for us, they where so nice and friendly . The two kids really enjoyed the pool and having the heated indoor pool too was a bonus

Pros:

Meil oli suur terrassiga tuba. Soe sisebassein meeldis väga. Voodi oli lai ja mugav. Personal oli väga tore.

Väga sarnased hommikusöögid olid ja kohv oleks võinud parem olla.

Pros:

Vnitřní bazén je vyhřívaný, a součástí je výřivka. Je zde i venkovní bazén (malý pro děti, větší má hloubku 1 až 1,5 metru).
Snídaně - raut.
Večeře - raut a možná lepší než snídaně, velký výběr, dobré jídlo.
Internet (wifi) je stabilní a rychlý.
Velmi blízko je obchod (potraviny 24 hodin otevřeno).

Wonderful resort, food, staff, rooms are lovely. Half board option is worthwhile.

Cons:

The surrounding area is not for us. St Paul's Bay is not the most scenic spot. Pebbles is a good base for travelling around, or for just staying put.
