I stayed for a event and it was bora bora so the vibe was different. Staff telling us to be quite when I kids louder.

The hotel is lovely. My room was simple but I did think it was a bit pricey for what was provided. The hotels surrounding areas however were very nice
Just prices. The restaurant, the price when adding breakfast/dinner, the overall room price - all a bit pricey.
The gym was very small and the air conditioning in there was quite bad so I found it uncomfortable to use unfortunately.

Birthday set up in the room for my travelling partner who was turning 30. They did a wonderful job setting it up it looked amazing. The amenities were good.
Water pressure in the shower was lacking.

The hotel is maybe a little bit outdated
I had a lady cleaning my room 344 who was the sweetest. She allowed time when I wasn’t ready in the morning and made my room look presentable when I returned.

Clean, very nice bathroom, housekeeping and front desk attentive, liked that there was an indoor & outdoor pool, not overcrowded, and great location to get around from.
Bed was terrible, didn't fit in the frame which does not make for a comfortable sleep, you can hear everything through the door and the food wasn't to our liking.
Most of the staff are very friendly and ready to help: housekeepers very friendly and respectful of you and your space, and room was tidy and clean every time we came back; reception staff were welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to help us; bar staff Pradeep and Vishwas were great - they know their stuff and always smyling; we think her name was Simon - friendly, attentive and wherever you turn your head she was there. Overall, felt looked after.
Felt like waitressing staff were hanging about a lot. It took ages to get order for drinks in if you were in buffet as staff do not fully pay attention. They were screaming their orders at bar staff who were busy with people from pool area - i find it disrespectful towards your own team. Which we do not need to hear either - most of the time there is only one bartender serving bar and buffet restaurant and bar can be really busy witb pool orders. You would think more staff would be trained for bar, but instead there is a lot of waiters standing about. Also, Anchor bar just felt like a waste of space - never any people in and it felt outdated.

The room, attentiveness and helpfulness of reception and cleaning staff, beautiful layout, enough beds and very clean pool, easy breakfast, good location to bus stop and restaurants etx. Can easily get around the island via bus near hotel. Generally an amazing stay, for a great price. Simone in the restaurant was so friendly, kind and fabulous. Reception were so helpful with irons, luggage storage and just general smiles and info! Cleaning staff were great at their jobs and very sweet. Thank you!
Bar staff were quite cold and unfriendly, no smile looked unhappy to be serving guests. had an instance when the waitress put down the bill as I was eating and just said cash or card nothing else. Her entire demeanour was not suitable to be working tim a customer facing role. Simone was incredible and made up for this!
