Overall 3 star hotel facilities
Pros:

Reception staff helpful,bar team above and beyond to offer great service, superior room comfortable and good size, housekeeping team very discreet, did the job in a professional manner.

Cons:

The indoor pool needs improvement, the jacuzzi works only 2 days from 9 we stay in the hotel. Buget breakfast and dinner, definitely not for a 4 star resort. Staff at the restaurant looked overwhelmed and not so friendly.

Вкусная еда, дружелюбный персонал, большая комната и ванная

Cons:

За ужином могли бы хотя бы давать бесплатную воду, в номере очень неудобный матрас

Tudo muito bom. Maravilhoso. E os funcionários atendem com Educação e Presteza .
O café da manhã também excelente. Os quartos limpos e todas as áreas internas e externas bem limpas e organizadas. Estão de parabéns

A INTERNET essa ficou a desejar. No quarto ela falhava demais . Caía sempre.

Pros:

The accommodation was excellent. The food in the hotel was very good and different every day. The staff was very nice, always smiling and ready to help. Kudos to Imran at the restaurant and Nadja and Darko at the reception, although they were all excellent.
