Heel onprofessioneel en uiterst onbetrouwbaar.
Pros:

Goede ligging van de studio en het bed was ok. Het overige is een leugen.

Cons:

Na het boeken krijg je een mailtje waarin vermeld is dat 'deze unit' niet bij het hotel hoort. Dus daar stopt ook de service. Geen bagage drop, geen schoonmaakservice, geen minibar, niets wordt aangevuld of ververst. Voor het ontbijt moet je het stadje in en krijg je de goedkoopste variant van het huis. Ze doen alsof ze bij een hotel zitten maar het zijn slechts 2 kleine kamers in een vervallen gebouw. Door de namen, standard family room en superior room with balcony willen ze je extra laten geloven dat het een hotel is maar dat is gewoon een scam. Een goede nachtrust kan je hier trouwens onmogelijk hebben want om 6 AM !!! starten de onderburen met 100 metalen stoelen op hun terras te zetten.

Toen ik hun tijdens mijn verblijf wees op hun misleiding hebben ze hier trouwens niet eens op gereageerd. Heel onprofessioneel en uiterst onbetrouwbaar.

Com muito potencial mas falha no básico
Pros:

- Localização super central, perto da estação de metro de Monastiraki.
- Pequeno almoço num café muito perto bastante agradável.
- Check in livre, através de código.
- Guardam as malas no dia do check out numa localização muito próxima.
- Amenities no quarto (gel duche, amaciador, chinelos)

Cons:

O quarto tem muito potencial mas não é muito confortável. - Fica numa cave cujas janelas não abrem pois dão para a rua, mais precisamente para as pernas das pessoas que estão nas mesas do café. Não tem isolamento, ouve-se tudo e infelizmente existe uma construção ao lado, começando o barulho às 7h30.
- A tubagem do chuveiro entupida, se a água do lavatório fosse aberta enquanto esta saía, havia água do esgoto por todo o lado.
- A tampa da sanita bem mais pequena que a sanita em si, desconfortável.
- O quarto possuía uma banheira de hidromassagem, que seria seria óptimo de disfrutar não houvesse um temporizador de água quente, esta tinha que ser ativada manualmente no quadro elétrico e tardava uns minutos a ficar quente (óptimo por questões ambientais e económicas - mas não para um hóspede que quer tomar um banho na hora ou que não quer estar preocupado quando termina)

Lovely visit. Just a couple of details to deal with to make it perfect

Very good location.. clean, pleasant.

Cons:

Only one coffee cup for two people, no other cups to use
Internet not good either for phone, or laptop. This also meant there were problems with the tv
No drawers for clothes
Very light at night ( perhaps curtains would help?)

Lokatie tov de highlights is prima. Wel aan een hele drukke weg die je hoort binnen

We zaten naast een
Pand dat wordt gerenoveerd en waarvoor de straat wordt opengebroken. Vanaf 6 uur in de ochtend een hels lawaai. Dit gemeld aan de eigenaar maar die neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid. BOEK DIT NIET DE KOMENDE 2 JAAR. JE VAKANTIE WORDT VERPEST

Hivenen meteliä öisin ja aamupala ei kyllä lähelläkään normaali eurooppalaista. Tosin kreikkalaiset aamupalat eivät yleensäkään ole ihmeellisiä.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία ακριβώς δίπλα σε όλα τα μαγαζιά,το υδρομασάζ πολύ άνετο και ο φύλακας του καταλύματος πολύ καλός! Η πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα ήταν αρκετά εύκολη.

Πίσω από το κρεβάτι υπήρχε πολύ σκόνη και το πάτωμα επίσης δεν φαινόταν σκουπισμένο καλά.Επισηςη πόρτα κλείδωνε μεν αλλά φαίνεται σαν να είχε σπάσει και δεν έχει φτιαχτεί

The wifi connection was relatively poor. And one thing that I would maybe suggest is that given that the room was street level, it was a bit noisy at times and double glazed windows would definitely help to reduce the noise
