Important information:

Small dogs (up to a maximum of 15kg, max. 1 dog per room) are welcome in our Hotel Alpenhof. We kindly ask you not to bring it into the restaurant area and wellness/swimming pool area and there is a supplement of Euro 20.00 per dog per night (without food) to be paid on site.

The mini club is opened daily from July to August and from January to February.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Albergo di grandi dimensioni ma accogliente e a 2 passi dalla fermata del bus
Pros:

Vorremmo segnalare tra il personale di servizio la gentilezza e professionalità del signor Paolo e delle ragazze della reception. Si può raggiungere senz'auto utilizzando il bus con fermata a 100 m inoltre viene fornita la Welcom OsstTirol che permette l'utilizzo gratuito dei bus e della meravigliosa piscina di Virgen

Cons:

Sarebbe utile mettere una canalina sulle scale per accedere al deposito bici/sci più agevolmente e strutturare meglio il parcheggio interno delle biciclette. La struttura è datata ma manutenuta molto bene e in stile alpino che limita quindi l'impatto sull'incantevole valle.
Il giardino è molto piccolo.

The nature is awesome specially the lake Obersee where can you feel.the calm. The staff is very polite, and the massage at the hotel was very relaxing

Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal war freundlich und der Service ausgezeichnet. Das Essen war lecker und die Bedienung hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, infrastructures propres, la formule tout compris est très intéressante.
Les enfants sont les bienvenus, destination idéale en famille.

Cons:

Le dîner est soi disant servi de 18h30 à 20h30. À partir de 20h le restaurant est quasiment vide et si vous arrivez vers 19h30/20h le personnel est focalisé à débarrasser les tables et les redresser pour le petit déjeuner. Le service qui est super fluide quand vous arrivez tôt ne l’est plus, vous êtes oubliés et mangez dans une atmosphère peu calme et où vous sentez que vous gênez. Il serait mieux de modifier les horaires du dîner.

Posizione strategica e immersa nel verde.

Cons:

Troppe mosche anche dentro al ristorante con il buffe, al terzo giorno ho avuto anche un intossicazione alimentare . Alcuni servizi come la sala da bigliardo l ho trovata sempre chiusa, ci sono poche cose da fare dentro all hotel. La spa carina, l unica pecca , la piscina al chiuso , l acqua era freddina, visto che ci troviamo in montagna con 22 gradi, avrei preferito un po più calda.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Frühstück bot eine ausreichende Auswahl. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker.
Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet viele Wandermöglichkeiten, ideal für Familien.
Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
