Sehr gepflegter Golfplatz & schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Wenn beim Sevice im Restaurant noch qualitativ

Alles sehr gepflegt und frisch.

Cons:

Im Restaurant fehlt es an Professionalität und Service. Man wartet ziemlich lange, ehe mal jemand eine Karte bringt. Man wird auch nicht gefragt, ob es schmeckt oder man noch ein Dessert etc. möchte. Draußen auf der Terrasse kommt gar niemand, auch nicht zum Erklären, dass man an die Bar gehen und sein Getränk selbst holen muss. Wäre ja kein Problem, aber man muss es wissen.

Qualität der Speisen ist gut.

Die Lage und das Hotel sind top 👍 immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und komfortabel. Alles ist hell, sauber und einladend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ist immer jemand da. Das haben wir schon lange nicht gesehen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Das ist nicht ganz ausgereift. Die Tische waren nicht gedeckt und es gab leider kaum was zum frühstücken. Die Auswahl war sehr mager. Wir waren am Muttertag-Wochenende da und es war ein wenig enttäuschend.

Super modern, geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war ausreichend, typisch tschechisch. Tolle ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick.

Были там впервые, от посещения остались теплые и приятные воспоминания🤗 Очень дружелюбный и приятный персонал❤️ Вкусная кухня и хороший выбор на завтрак. Красивый, современный отель.Чистый, светлый, комфортный номер со всем необходимым и отличным дизайном. С балкона открывался прекрасный вид на поле для гольфа, и несмотря на не очень солнечную погоду, игроки дали возможность за ними понаблюдать. А после активных прогулок Wellness расслаблял и успокаивал. Для релакса -это то, что нужно. В это место хочется вернуться.Рекомендую.

Cons:

Возможность попить кофе утром в номере, была только в первый день. Второе утро мы встречали без кофе🥱

Hotel je krásný, nový moderní. Čistaota super a velmi krásné vybavení.

Cons:

Přijela jsem večer a dlouho jsem hledala vstup na recepci hotelu, protože to není nikde označené 'HOTEL'. Jen cedule wellness, club, ale hotel nikde, tak to bych určitě změnila. Snídaně mi přišla hodně průměrná a chyběla mi nabídka alespoň jednoho rostlinného mléka - nemohla jsem si tedy dat bohužel ranní kávu ani musli :/

Nice hotel, but not really worth the money spent
Pros:

The hotel itself is very nice - newly renovated, spacious and clean rooms and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

The restaurant is owned by someone else, not the hotel itself and the quality is faaaaaar behind. The breakfast selection is very poor for a 4 star hotel. For the money we paid we would at least expect some fresh cut fruit, more vegetables than just cucumber and peppers, fresh fruit juice not water mixed with powdered flavouring, more than two types of hams and cheese. The selection is very basic and disappointing. They served cheesecake for breakfast which was still frozen inside.
Next hit was the wellness. We specifically chose this hotel for their wellness facilities, although it only includes two saunas and a jacuzzi. Nowehere in the booking it says you have to pay extra 12€ per person for 90 minute entrance… also the message I have received from the hotel tells me I need to pre-book the spa, but it smartly does not state the hidden entrance fee. I have never experienced this in a 4 star hotel. Paying extra for treatments is understandable, but for entrance? All in all the stay was just not worth the money we actually spent
