Teresa Spetses

Extremely cute little hotel in the most convenient location in Spetses. I stayed two nights and had nice seaview. Only minus was how the view was also working in both ways. If I wanted to change clothes or use shower, I needed to close the window blinds.
Very good sleep, nicely decorated, very good shower products.
Breakfast was not available, but that's not a problem as there are lots of options within 2min walk away.

I wish I would have had more time in here. Thank you!

Hotel Teresa was perfect. Our junior suite was beautiful spacious and with a large Balcony.
The hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the port as well as many restaurants and a good supermarket.
The Staff were amazing and helped with recommendations , local knowledge and also arranged trips. We would highly recommend Hotel Teresa and hope to return again soon.

The room is new, all the amenities needed, paper bottles of water, hair-dryer, aircon, great natural light, beach towels and good products for shower from olive era. Beds are comfortable, cool vibe, lovely staff and great location to walk to shops, beach and near enough to port for walk from boats. Highly recommend.

I liked everthing about this property..

We spent 5 nights at Teresa hotel, and the staff was very nice and helpful. We received a map upon arrival and a run-through of all the good places to visit.

There was coffee available every morning and we got complimentary almond cakes many times.

The hotel itself is very cozy and the room has good aircon and a nice terrace. All in all, a very positive experience!

Wow—what can I say (or not say!) about Hotel Teresa? Our room was on the top floor with a massive sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and a table for outdoor dining—though we didn’t use it much because there were so many great food options along the port!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a genuine “welcome home.” Being Easter weekend, the island was buzzing, which only added to the experience. The port was alive with energy—church bells echoed across town, families gathered in cafes, and everyone seemed to be in great spirits. On Easter night, the sky lit up with fireworks, making the celebration feel even more magical.

The photos online don’t do this beautifully restored gem any justice. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

The room had everything: a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, mini fridge, and plenty of complimentary water and coffee pods. I loved the old French château vibe—it truly felt like stepping back in time. They just don’t make places like this anymore.

Convenient, low-key accommodation in Spetses, away from the hustle and bustle yet quite central. Simple and comfortable, nice bed and spacious shower and bathroom.

We had two little toddlers with us. The layout of the room was brilliant to allow them to take naps. Beautifully renovated hotel overall close to everything that Spetses has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again.
