Fragwürdiges Gebahren nach der Buchung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön groß, mit klasse Aussicht und vielen Verstaumöglichkeiten. Auch ein sehr moderner TV mit Sitzecke war vorhanden.

Cons:

Ca. 5 Wochen vor Reisebeginn bekam ich eine Nachricht vom Hotel, dass sie einen Fehler gemacht hätten und jetzt mehr als den 2,4fachen Preis meiner ursprünglich gemachten und bestätigten Buchung haben wollten. Was sind das für Praktiken? So kurz vor dem Urlaub in den Winterferien bekommt man dann natürlich nichts mehr Vergleichbares. Daher gibt es einen klaren Abzug bei der Bewertung. Dank booking wurde mir zwar etwas entgegengekommen, aber trotzdem..

Sehr schlechter Service bzgl. Empfang und Informationen über Ort, Aktivitäten vor Ort, Hotelinfrastruktur und Essen im Hotel.
