Pros:

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they were very flexible with our check-in, which we really appreciated.

The hotel also provides complimentary chilled water throughout the day and American coffee every morning, which was a lovely touch.

The pool areas are fantastic, with plenty of shade, fresh towels always available, and even complimentary body lotion for guests. These thoughtful details really made a difference and showed how much care the hotel puts into the guest experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay and honestly have nothing negative to say. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Good close stay to beach
Pros:

Close to beach and everything in south beach was on walking distance.

Cons:

Wouldn’t recommend
Cons:

Very disappointed with our stay. The room had a temporary air conditioning unit that wasn’t adequate for the Miami heat, and we couldn’t use the balcony at all. Our room was never cleaned, and when I asked for fresh towels, I had to go back to reception three times before they arrived.

Overall, the service was poor, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
