Pros:

Een oase van rust in he centrum van een drukke stad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en prachtige/schone kamers. Het eten was voortreffelijk en het zwembad een heerlijke 'verkoeling'. Een tophotel op een toplocatie.

Pros:

Pool sehr schön. Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken mussten wir schon zahlen, sehr ungewöhnlich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Leider kein Aussenbereich zum Frühstücken.

Lovely hotel and staff shame the room was small and the shower sub standard for the high price
Pros:

Beautifully maintained and clean hotel. Really good breakfast and the staff were all lovely

Cons:

The room was on the small side, very little room to move around
She shower was in an old roll top bath with a cheap plastic shower curtain and impossible not to flood the whole bathroom

Le restaurant situé au rez de chaussée qui devrait être à mon avis, repensé, réévalué. Deux restaurants dans un zone remplie de restaurants? Pourquoi pas un beau spa/ gym ?

Nice but clealy not a 5 stars hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and quiet . The location is perfect and few minutes' walk from night market.
The rooms are very nicely decorated and the bathrooms are very pleasant.

Cons:

The staff are not at all up to the standard of a 5-star hotel; they are lovely but very quickly overwhelmed.
Breakfast is adequate but offers a limited and varied selection; the breakfast room is too small to accommodate all the guests.
Staff are completely absent around the pool.
Upon arrival, we had lunch at the hotel restaurant. The service was erratic; the last person received their meal only after everyone else had finished. When it came time to choose dessert, we were told cakes were on display so we could make our selection. The waiter then pulled out large, mass-produced "American Style" cakes from their boxes... so forget about "homemade."
Another unpleasant surprise was the use of plastic straws, despite the hotel claiming to be concerned about environmental issues and charging US$20 for a laundry bag if you keep it.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay overall!
Pros:

Very nice hotel, great location, charming staff, great value for money !..

Cons:

If the Level of English for the staff interacting with guests is quite good at the reception, it could be improved for other areas, namely restaurants, in order to avoid repeated misinterpretation regarding the orders..
Also, additional lying beds by the pool would be welcome!!

Pros:

Très bel Hôtel de ville au charme certain
Personnel aux petits soins malgré des défauts de formation mais ce n est pas leur faute
Dîner au bar excellent et peu cher vu l endroit
Petit déjeuner parfait

Erreur de nom à la réception d ou erreur de facturation que nous avons corrigé entre nous
