Super freundliches Personal. Super gutes Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um die Zillertal Arena zu erkunden. Die Nähe zur Rodelbahn war das I-Tüpfelchen.

Nicht schlecht aber kommt dem Begriff Wohlfühlhotel nicht nahe!
Pros:

Die Aussicht war gut. Freundliches Personal. Grosses Zimmer mit gutem Bett.

Cons:

Die Toilette war verkalkt/schmutzig. Die Heizung war bei Ankunft aus. Hat auch während dem Aufenthalt nicht besonders erwärmt. Die Bademäntel waren mit Rostflecken versehen und die Taschen hatten Löcher. Der Ruhebereich vom Wellnessbereich war nicht geheizt. 1 Kaffeemaschine für Frühstück war zu wenig. Man stand in Schlange zum Kafferrauslassen.

Agréable et très propre.
Pros:

le petit déjeuner était copieux avec du choix. Les équipements du spa exceptionnels.

Cons:

Le fait que l'hôtel soit situé en bordure d'une route très fréquenté peut perturber le sommeil. Mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face ce qui est très pratique pour les excursions.

Breakfast was nice, special thanks for freshly squeezed juice, a great view, comfortable beds

Cons:

I was disappointed with the spa area, because we could not use it, unless we go naked… well, I think it is unfair, because I paid the same price as other guests, I would have chosen other place to stay.
