Pros:

Wir waren (leider) nur auf der Durchreise …wir wären aber durchaus einige Tage hier geblieben, nachdem wir gemerkt hatten, dass das „Haus“ außergewöhnlich liebevoll und detailverliebt (von dem supernetten Senior-Chef und Chefin) geführt wird …

Gerne wieder (dann länger 😇😁)

Es war einfach traumhaft. Alles wirklich vom Allerfeinsten. Die Zimmer, das Essen, die Anlage, der Wellnessbereich und vor allem die Fam. Burgstaller mit Personal. Wunderbar. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Pros:

Albergo anche se non recentissimo ben tenuto e bel posto in mezzo alla natura.
Ci è piaciuta l'area della sauna anche perché non era affollata e abbiamo davvero goduto del silenzio e ordine.

Cons:

Durante i pasti siamo stati poco seguiti

Very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

A very nice hotel with such a lovely ambiance. A variety of amenities for everyone, e.g. a common big fireplace, a sauna, a pool, tennis grounds, a gorgeous garden… The food (we had a breakfast and a dinner) was excellent! Can highly recommend it!

Pros:

Almost everything. Indoor pool is small but there were no guests beside my kids so they loved it. Room big and cozy. Very nice kids playroom, exterior and outdoor playground for the kids.
We would like to come back in the spring/summer season.

Cons:

Diners menu for adults were very good but, since this is a family hotel, we expected more meal choices for the kids.

Great base for the Southern path around the Millstatersee Lake.
Pros:

On the Soutern Path of the Millstatersee Lake.Nice modern rooms and bar / communal rooms / restaurant. Good , polite and helpful staff. Safe garage for bikes with charging point.

Cons:

The bedroom bin hadn't been emptied.

Otherwise all good.
