Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay, are requested to send the biling information immediately after booking.After 1.01.2020 it will not be possible to receive the invoice at a later date.
In the case of non-returnable reservations - if within 48 hours of making the reservation the NIP number is not sent to us, the given credit card will be charged and we will issue a receipt, later it will not be possible to exchange it for an invoice.

Brak materaca dla dziecka

Dobra lokalizacja

Cons:

Nie rozumiem jak można mieć łóżka dla dziecka ale już nie kupić do żadnego z nich materacy. Mój syn musiał spać na deskach. Obsługa zaoferowała kołdrę zamiast materaca ponieważ, jak powiedzieli, do łóżek dla dzieci nie posiadają w ogóle materacy. Rozumiem że Kierownik też śpi na samym stelażu łóżka bez materaca i uważa że to jest w porządku. Widać że w tym hotelu płaci się za lokalizację a nie za jakość.

Great experience, very satisfactory!
Pros:

very good location in a suburb with many cafés and restaurants, close to downtown. The room and bathroom were renovated and clean, with new carpet, air conditioner, coffee and tea making facilities. Our room was facing the inner yard and was very quiet. The breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

The pillow was not good, low , soft and with lumps. The blanket was synthetic and non-breathable.

Cons:

Attic room, which had a sloped ceiling on one side of the bed. The ceiling slope was missing plaster, where people had previously banged their heads. Sunrise was before 6am, and the curtains did not in any way block this out.
