El personal a veces un poco disperso
Sencillo, céntrico, cómodo con TV y bien atendido.
Creo que por el hecho de estar cerca de un par de Discotecas sellaron la ventana de la habitación, lo que hace que falte un poco de ventilación externa.
La cama un poco dura y las almohadas muy finas.
El trato del personal. Muy atentos, respetuosos. Estuvieron atentos a mi llegada y a orientarme en lo que necesitaba.
La atención del personal del hotel muy amables y serviciales.
En los alrededores algo de gente indígebte pero no agresiva.
Amazing helpful family that run the place, gave so much advice and tried to make everything as good as possible for us, would definitely recommend

The room was exactly like in the pictures. Large window that keeps the room well illuminated.Location in the "nice" part of the center with lots of nice places to walk safetly during the day time. Free coffee ☕ at the reception. Very attentive hosts. Didn't charge any extra fee as some others hotels do. Excellent wifi. The homewise decoration makes you feel at home.
I was told there was no access to the bedroom balcony due to a ban imposed to all public establishments in Armenia. As it is downtown, you should expect lots of noise coming from street fighting, discos and transit during the night. The common area was very tiny.
