Keramikos gem on a quiet street
Pros:

Prefect first-floor (with lift in required) two-bed apartment with huge living room and balcony over quiet street. Great bars and restaurants like Seychelles and Armando Pizzeria close by in Keramikos, which is such a cool and relaxed place.

Cons:

Nothing, great location, central but a quiet street. 10 minutes walk to the heart of town.

Exceptionnel ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tout était absolument parfait ! L’appartement est superbe, décoré avec goût, d’une propreté irréprochable et situé dans un immeuble tout neuf. Il est parfaitement équipé : machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, fer à repasser, produits d’accueil… tout est prévu pour un séjour confortable.
La literie est excellente, et le petit balcon donnant sur la rue piétonne très calme est un vrai plus pour prendre un café ou simplement profiter du calme.
Les hôtes sont adorables, très disponibles et nous ont même permis un late check-out, ce qui était vraiment appréciable.
Petit point à savoir : sur Google Maps, l’adresse semble indiquer la rue parallèle, ce qui donne l’impression que l’immeuble est ancien ou abîmé, alors qu’en réalité il est entièrement neuf et impeccable.
Un séjour parfait à Athènes — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Świetny! Razem z żoną jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.
Pros:

Świetny widok z okien (na miasto oraz na Akropol), bardzo ładny budynek. Bezpieczna okolica. Bardzo miła obsługa, która dostarczyła nam na wszelki wypadek dodatkowe ręczniki i papier toaletowy. Ogólnie: Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Cons:

Dosyć cienkie ściany, ale to raczej kwestia lokalnego budownictwa. Czasem słychać było w nocy muzykę z sąsiednich budynków czy klaksony samochodów.

A wonderful surprise! A large well appointed apartment that was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent as all the tourist destinations were close but the lovely little street was quite to sleep in. Highly recommend.

Gem in the heart of Athens.
Pros:

Very modern apartment. Clean and well equipped with effective air-conditioning. Location is very trendy, lots of upmarket bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Some people may find the location a bit grungy. The streets are dirty with broken footpaths everywhere. This is, however, much the same everywhere in Athens and not a reflection of the high quality of the apartment.

location piacevole e confortevole, quartiere non tra i migliori
Pros:

Arredamento moderno e confortevole, letti comodi e location molto carina e dotata di tutti i confort

Cons:

abbiamo soggiornato nel loft, non avevamo capito che fosse sulla strada per cui abbiamo avuto qualche problema a trovarlo, può capitare. Il quartiere era pieno di edifici diroccati e imbrattati di scritte, ma era comunque vicino a tutte le zone di interesse.
