Disastrous booking near Mount Sinai.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

They said we did not have a booking despite payment taken by Booking.com. Left us stranded in the desert in the middle of the night. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com is taking responsibility and Booking.com is refusing to refund the money.
