We had the pleasure of staying at Lakepoint Villa Hotel in Entebbe, and what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of Manager Hamza.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, Hamza personally ensured that every aspect of our stay was taken care of and that we lacked absolutely nothing.

His professionalism, genuine warmth, pragmatic approach, and remarkable ability to anticipate and respond to our needs were truly impressive. He is not only an exceptionally competent manager but also someone who genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of his guests.

It is rare to encounter such a high level of personal attention and dedication. Hamza truly embodies the meaning of hospitality and is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to Lakepoint Villa Hotel.

Sehr nettes Personal, total hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück, schönes Zimmer. Flughafentransfer problemlos. Alles bestens!

Great place and fabulous driver for the hotel who is called Gabriel. Credit to the hotel

Cama cómoda, la chica de recepción, la cena que nos prepararon, las instalaciones en general

Cons:

La ducha y el baño algo descuidados, pero bien para una noche. Están en obras en el barrio y llegar al hotel fue una locura, pero se encargaron de que nos llevará un lugareño, muy bien.
