Pros:

Apartamentul a fost localizat foarte bine, aproape de centru. Erau mai multe magazine lângă, o cafenea, restaurante. De asemenea aproape de un port mic cu restaurante pescărești. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, cu toate cele necesare. Parcare am găsit în apropriere în spatele unui bloc. Sunt mai multe plaje în zonă, unele chiar în oraș. Noi am mers în fiecare zi la alta. Foarte frumoasă zona. Vom reveni cu drag la această cazare.

Pros:

The apartment was very clean and the owner was very polite and quickly responded on every question from us. There is nice taverns 5-6 minutes walking from the place and coffee shop just next to it.

Cons:

The apartment has no terrace and the laundry should be inside which is not comfortable because windows should be opened and it is noisy because of the traffic outside.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and it met all of our expectations! Our host was great, extremely helpful, polite, and kind!

Good studio for a couple. Wi-fi, equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Big terrace.
Coffee shop and supermarket nearby. Close to the beach Perigiali.

Cons:

Not close to the old town and the centre. But there's a bus line.
The cars and buses run right under the terrace.

Proprietatea este langa strada principală, nu pe vreun versant, cum sunt altele. Poți parca pe străzile alăturate. Sau daca vorbești cu proprietarul și plătești pentru parcarea privată este și mai super.

Good value for money accommodation
Pros:

The studio is located in our favorite area of Kavala - close to cafes, the old port with restaurants and bars, a shop and bakery, a bus stop to the center. The beach is about 700 m walk away. The owners are kind and responsive. The studio is welcoming, amenities such as an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and kitchenware are provided. The balcony and living room create comforts like home. The building in which the studio is located is clean and modern.

Cons:

The bathroom and bedroom are small in size. The shower doors are not stable and create a sense of danger. The wardrobe door cannot be opened normally, due to the size of the bedroom. There is no knife in the kitchen.

Pros:

The place is amazing, it honestly exceeded my expectations. The owners made sure we had everything for our stay, they were very kind. The apartment was clean and modern with everything needed. There is also a possibility for a private parking if you contact the owners.

Cons:

The location is great if you plan on visiting Kavala's beach or use the car to explore other beaches, however keep in mind that the place is a bit far from the center and the taverns, shops and nightlife.
