Eine super Lage, sehr modernes Appartement nicht weit weg vom Strand, gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett und ein großer Balkon. Die Wohnung bestand aus 2 zusammengefügten Wohnungen, daher hatten wir 2 Badezimmer und 2 Küchen - eine angenehme Überraschung mit mehr Platz. Die Küchen sind komplett ausgestattet.

Everything was perfect 👌 The hospitality, the place and location were great 👍 the city is reachable per foot a bit uphill but cool and fast route to the city, so very convenient to visit all the hot spots and eat the best food in many tavernas in the city center 💖 The apartment has everything you need so even if u work as we did, u will have everything u need, the table, the chair, strong WiFi, sofa, kitchen and all in it, comfortable bed, balcony, TV and even the washing machine so none detail is missing 😊🥰 I strongly recommend the place and the owner Petros is the kindest and most welcoming person i ever met, taking care of everything, starting with early check in and later check out we had -with zero complications, recommendations for tavernas and places where we can buy eat or enjoy our time, always being there anytime u need or ask anything-extremely fast responsive, and he also gave as a presents at the end very careful picked high quality olive oil and traditional sweets- lokum from Kavala 😍 So I think there is no better place in Kavala than Faos Properties 💕

Great location, close to tha beach, there is a market and coffee shop next to it, a very good restaurant callled Savvas, very good fish and reasonable prices. The apartment had everything you need for our stay, i strongly suggest to book the apartment's car park as well is cheap and safe. For town visiting use the taxi company, more convenient and cheap. Overall great accomodation, definitely will come back.

Apartamentul a fost localizat foarte bine, aproape de centru. Erau mai multe magazine lângă, o cafenea, restaurante. De asemenea aproape de un port mic cu restaurante pescărești. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, cu toate cele necesare. Parcare am găsit în apropriere în spatele unui bloc. Sunt mai multe plaje în zonă, unele chiar în oraș. Noi am mers în fiecare zi la alta. Foarte frumoasă zona. Vom reveni cu drag la această cazare.

The apartment was very clean and the owner was very polite and quickly responded on every question from us. There is nice taverns 5-6 minutes walking from the place and coffee shop just next to it.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and it met all of our expectations! Our host was great, extremely helpful, polite, and kind!

Proprietatea este langa strada principală, nu pe vreun versant, cum sunt altele. Poți parca pe străzile alăturate. Sau daca vorbești cu proprietarul și plătești pentru parcarea privată este și mai super.

The studio is located in our favorite area of Kavala - close to cafes, the old port with restaurants and bars, a shop and bakery, a bus stop to the center. The beach is about 700 m walk away. The owners are kind and responsive. The studio is welcoming, amenities such as an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and kitchenware are provided. The balcony and living room create comforts like home. The building in which the studio is located is clean and modern.
