Pros:

Sve je bilo ok.Boravili smo u apartmanu na prizemju sa terasom.Spalna je bila dole ali vrlo konforna udobna i chista. Apartman je imao sve shto je bilo potrebno.

Apartman je odlicno opremljen sa novim namestajem

Cons:

Apartman je u suterene tj u podrumu. To je pisalo u poslednjoj recenici u opisu ali ja sam propustio.
Na slikama nismo to mogli prumetiti.
Nazalost nisam uspeo da pronajem alternativni smestaj pa smo ostali u njemu.

Pros:

Everything in the apartment is brand new. The furniture, the apliances, also linens and towels. The apartment is greatly furbished.  In the apartment there is one bedroom and one larger room like a studio, where there is one double bed, which can be separated by a curtain on, if you wish, one sofa and kichen and dinning space with a table and chairs. Also one large and very good bathroom. The people that work there are also very kind and hard working people and we never had any problems in comunicating to them, what ever we asked, they helped us.

Cons:

This particular apartment  is almost completely below the ground level. Not a semi - basement, but a full basement. There is a ceiling window that looks outside but it is almost too high to be able to reach it and there are two windows that look to the staircase which leads downstairs to the apartment. So there is apsolutely no view from the apartment . Also the outside sitting area are two chairs outside the apartment , when you climb the stairs from the apartment and they are right on the public space, where everyone is passing by. Also, because of the location, the mobile network and the wifi come and go. Anyhow, I belive that any other apartments from the ground level up are great.

Апартаменты в целом приятные, только потому что они совершенно новые. И месторасположение прекрасное, рядом очень хороший песчаный пляж

Cons:

Очень не понравилось все с самого начала как мы попали на территорию апартаментов. Мы бронировали апартаменты на 1 этаже, но в описание апартаментов изначально не сказано, что спальня находится в подвале, да кухня и 1 ванная на 1 этаже, но вся остальная инфраструктура номера под землей, это координатно меняет отношение к бронированию изначально.. ни слова не было информации, что основная часть номера будет под землей. Далее в описание данной категории написано, что будет спальня и 2 гостиные. По итогу это кушетка около лестницы прямо напротив входа и внизу одно общее пространство где стоит кровать и раскладной диван и шторка, типо хотите закройтесь друг от друга(((

Далее отдельно рекомендую владельцам апартаментов сменить администратора! Это будет вашим правильным решением. Первое как нас встретили, это была бабушка, которая мило улыбалась, но по факту у нее все по сценарию(( нас привели у нашему номеру , а он не был готов к заселению, хотя мы приехали уже ближе к вечеру. Столы на террасе были на столе террасы, в номере душно, и кровать для доп места места разобрана кушетка у входа, там место для собачки но никак не для человека, очень не комфортно. Показывая кухню нам сообщают, что на ней готовить нельзя, у них очень чувствительные датчики и сразу срабатывает пожарная тревога и они вынуждены платить штраф. Хотя напомню, что в описание расписано что кухня полностью оборудована, но она и правда оборудована, но готовить нельзя!!!

Для того чтобы работал кондей, надо вставить карточку, которую опять таки просят всегда вытаскивать если уходишь (короче экономия на каждом шагу) и бабуля не даст вам об этом забыть!!! Так вот чтобы включить кондей надо закрыть все двери входные и окна, причем плотно прям!! Иначе кондей не заработает и при этом если хоть что то открываешь кондей сразу выключается (( очень не удобно.

Короче мы не отдыхали , в были вынуждены постоянно себя в чем то ущемлять.
