Pros:

There was too much mould in the room, and there were cockroaches running around. One of the table corners hurt my friend's leg as the glass corner was broke. Bed sheets were dirty, and white towels were brown because of the dirt.

Pros:

The staff was good, however, I didn't like their communication. It was a Ramadan time so I have requested to arrange a breakfast for my guests which was not provided. Secondly, the amenities available in the respective room were not functional e.g., stove.
Overall, a good place to stay but it's too far from the centre which costs you a lot of travelling expenses.

Good location and excellent place to stay if one wants to be in Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4.
Pros:

Staff was good and helpful. Specially Mr. Tanweer was professional, efficient and supportive. Location was excellent and one could access different part of the twin cities easily.

Cons:

TV was not working. There was an issue with the Wifi and despite their keen efforts it could not be fixed.
