Evry thing was perfect but not have own parking

Staff is very cooperating
There was too much mould in the room, and there were cockroaches running around. One of the table corners hurt my friend's leg as the glass corner was broke. Bed sheets were dirty, and white towels were brown because of the dirt.
The staff was good, however, I didn't like their communication. It was a Ramadan time so I have requested to arrange a breakfast for my guests which was not provided. Secondly, the amenities available in the respective room were not functional e.g., stove.
Overall, a good place to stay but it's too far from the centre which costs you a lot of travelling expenses.

Heating system/Hot water were not so great in original room but room was exchanged promptly.
Staff was good and helpful. Specially Mr. Tanweer was professional, efficient and supportive. Location was excellent and one could access different part of the twin cities easily.
TV was not working. There was an issue with the Wifi and despite their keen efforts it could not be fixed.

Arrived at the hotel with no hot running water ,we had two rooms ,could not shower, complained but was not fixed.next day we were moved to 2nd floor ,again when we arrived in the evening, o hot water in both rooms I complained again ,engineer came up and repaired the geezers in the room ,gave hot water at the time. Next morning same issues, no hot water to shower, this contuied throughout our stay and was so inconvenient as we could not shower on the last two days the hotel opened a separate room in the mornings for us to take a shower.the breakfast is eggs with toast and tea provided in your room..
