Arrivée tardive. Code envoyé par sms ne fonctionnait pas, personne à l’accueil. Au bout d’un certain temps, le barman a quand même appelé un homme d’entretien que nous avons encore attendu 20 minutes pour nous ouvrir la porte. Le lendemain le code ne fonctionnait toujours pas alors qu’on nous avait dit que ce serai réglé. Nous avons eu très froid la première nuit car pas de couvertures dans la chambre. Aussi le ménage n’est pas fait, même une fois de temps en temps, il faut le demander !!!

The communication was very much lacking. During the hours of 9am - 4 pm the front desk attendant was very responsive and helpful but she apparently had no real authority with regards to the reservation. Our travel plans were greatly affected by the "winter vortex" that left us stranded in the Charlotte airport for a day and a half. We attempted to message this hotel two days prior to check in to see if we could come in a day early to avoid the storm but there was very little response and finally we were "ghosted" by them. So, we kept our original plans and lost an entire day of vacation, arriving at 8:30 pm the second day into our reservation. Upon arrival, we tried to use the provided code to get into the room, this did not work. We were able to message with the "after hours" staff who tried to provide us with a new code to no avail. We were eventually given the code to the lock box and were able to gain access to the room with the key. The next day, the desk attendant sent us a new code that did work for the remained of our stay. Our first night was very cold since the temp was down to 38 degrees and Miami apparently does not have heat in most buildings. We had a sheet and a very thin cover. We did request a blanket the next day and we were able to obtain both a blanket and a comforter. The rest of our stay was comfortable. The towels are like sandpaper and there was no housekeeping, replacement towels or trash removal during our 4 day stay. There is a microwave, small fridge and toaster in the room but no coffee maker. The morning of the day prior to our departure I inquired at the front desk about extending our stay for one day. She stated that she was unable to manage this request on her end but that she would contact the owners to see if this was possible. I received no answer until the evening which made no sense and said that I should ask at the desk after 9 the next day.

It can be a bit noisy on weekends for light sleepers, as there is a bar downstairs.

No me gustó que no hay personal en la recepción las 24 hs.....si tenés algún problema no tenés a quien recurrir. Limpieza pésimo y la terraza sucia.

I had a very disappointing stay. I booked a room for three adults, but the room only had one double bed. The third “bed” was a futon that was basically a mattress on the floor, even though we were told the room was suitable for four people.

When we arrived, there were no sheets for the futon. After asking, we were given sheets that did not fit properly. During our five-day stay, housekeeping never cleaned the room or changed the sheets, which is unacceptable.

There was no coffee service at all, and despite paying for parking, the key fob did not work, causing constant inconvenience.

I would not recommend this hotel.
