Cleaning was bit issue especially the room floor was dirty as if cleaner missed the routine vacuum job.

in all days stay there was no cleaning, new towels had to be asked and separate bed sheets brought in the middle of the night

Hotel wymaga gruntownego remontu, klimatyzacja w pokoju hałasuje i śmierdzi. Brak pościeli dla dziecka, sam musiałem szukać i kompletować. Organizacja i ustalenia nie są realizowane, nie profesjonalna komunikacja a po 18 jest słaba, pomimo rezerwacji parkingu Hotel zapomniał w pokoju zostawić kartę wjazdową na parking co spowodowało dodatkowe duże koszty i kłopoty z parkowaniem auta wiec uwaga na tą opcję.

Recepção só das 9h às 16h, muito pouco tempo.
Serviço de limpeza dos quartos só agendado na recepção.
Faltou toalhas nos quartos, não tinha ninguém pra resolver.

Very very noisy during night, you can hear people walking in the room above your room.

1. Check in via texts. Code provided did not work. Second code provided did not work. Eventually a code to a small safe box given and got a key. After 20 hr journey with a child trying to achieve all that over text was fun
2. Almost impossible to get fresh or extra towels. After asking over texts and the reception for 4 days straight, eventually we got them
3. No daily cleaning clearly explained on webpage. But if you want to run it as airbnb then better have a broom in the room at least

5. Swimming pool area worn down and dirty. On the top of the building with no shade but no umbrellas available
6. Even though room was clean, communal areas worn down and dirty

La propreté de l'hôtel et surtout de la piscine !!!il manquait une retation au niveau des serviettes et il manquait une machine à café.

Pasillos sucios con alfombras mal olientes. La cama solo tenía sábana ajustable, no había sábana superior ni alguna manta de abrigo. Decía que tenía kitchenette, sala de estar y muebles al aire libre y no había nada de eso. Solo dos toallones y dos toallas faciales para 6 noches. Pedí numerosas veces 2 toallas de mano y una sábana y jamás la trajeron. No hicieron nunca la limpieza de la habitación, y ni siquiera dejan una escoba como para que uno pueda barrer. En el 2009 era un hotel cómodo limpio y con recepción súper agradable. Ahora hay un bar con música a tope, recepción de 9 a 16 hs. La empleada que estuvo de lunes a viernes está fastidiosa, y es poco profesional. Por suerte el sábado cuando tuve que hacer el check out había una empleada adorable. El código de ingreso a la habitación no nos funcionó el primer día, por lo que perdimos una hora y media intercambiando mensajes por booking para poder entrar a la habitación.

Halb teenindus: Peamine kriitika on suunatud administraator Kirale, keda kirjeldatakse kliendivaenuliku ja ebakompetentsena. Ta keeldus otsesuhtlusest, suunates kliendid leti ääres e-maile lugema, ning jagas vasturääkivat infot toa vabanemise kohta.

Eksitav info ja puudulikud mugavused: Toa kirjeldus (eraldi sissepääs, basseinivaade) ei vastanud tõele. Toas puudusid elementaarsed asjad nagu veekeetja ja sussid, samuti ei jagatud infot hotelli võimaluste kohta.

Mustus ja müra: Põrandad olid väga mustad, seinad kostsid läbi ning konditsioneer tegi liiga kõva müra. Lisaks häiris und varajane ehitusmüra (kell 7:00 ja 9:00).

Logistilised probleemid: Lubatud varajane sisseregistreerimine ebaõnnestus ja tegelik toa kättesaamine viibis isegi üle ametliku aja (kell 16:00).

Ainus positiivne külg: Kliendile lubati tund aega hilisemat väljaregistreerimist (late check-out).

We arrived after 4. No one at front desk as noted by others. Got code for door via email. But, code did not work. No one around to help. Returned to lobby . A man from the lobby, who never did identify himself, said he might be able to "help us out". We returned to the room with him. He let us in to the room with a master key code. Had to email to get new code for door. Asked twice if he was manager or worked for hotel. Never answered....like he did not want to admit it. Bathroom had evidence of mold. Paint peeling off ceiling. Bathroom door could only partially open.....gets caught up on floor. Simple fix....but no one has bothered. Floor outside bathroom badly scratched up. One small lamp to light room. Hallways carpets ripped in places....Badly soiled and dirty. Pool chairs in poor shape. Lounging cushions do not fit. View out the window was charming. See pics. Place is generally run down and neglected. There are other places close by for similar money that are better than this. Don't stay here.

Their receptionist is off starting 4 PM. We arrive around 10pm but the code didn’t work and we have to wait until the staff came to fix it. Then, the room is too cold and need to contact the staff through text message. Later, we figured out that they don’t do housekeeping. With the price that I paid around $200 per night, it’s definitely not making any sense. Also, the room and hallway smell like mold.
