Hypocrisy
Cons:

the place was not clean and the furniture was poor and damaged, the manager was rude and careless and there was no direct transportation to the location.
then there was the incident of two staff members getting into an argument and one ending up in the hospital with severe head injuries. this caused a scene in the whole place leaving customers confused and scared.
