So, I make this clear, I booked this originally under the name "Boutique Hotel Mariahilf", but it was not a Hotel at all.

Very misleading name. I booked this place to stay after a concert... so I was quite annoyed to find out that I have to pass 3 gates with key codes and also the room was locked with a key code... I have known this, I would not have booked it, because I don't want to run around with 4 codes...
On top of it, the outside key code note CODE + bell symbol... the "bell symbol" was basically the "#", but that was not lit up during the night, so it could be easily missed. Since this gate is only closed by night it probably was written by someone that probably never tried it or didn't give it much thought.

Many of the things on the listing weren't there, so it was completely false advertising. There was no kitchenette or air conditioning as advertised. It was 35 degrees outside during our stay.

We travelled as a couple and only got 1 towel and 1 flannel. The towel, along with the bedsheets were stained and nothing had been ironed.

There was no hot water or wifi for most of our 3 night stay. There was someone elses old sock left on the floor.

Messaged the owner company "camelotels" about these things and got really weird responses, like i should check under the bed and sofa for the missing towel (there is no sofa, the room was just a bed and a bathroom), and had no interest in fixing any of the *many* issues.

This business seems extremely shady and I feel completely ripped off.

The bed sheets were not ironed and gave me the sense that it was not changed

I arrived and the code to the front gate did not work. The code to the room opened the room but the room already had someone else in there. I could have taken all their stuff and it did not make me confident my items would be safe. Staff never showed up to resolve.

Never again rubbish

Mixed-up bookings. You knocked me 3 times of my stay and asking if it is really my booking despite of all the proof receipts i showed you. No electric kettle, bidet and room slippers

I don't reccmment anybody to stay there and I strongly suggest to Booking to stop working with this handler.
It has ruined our trip to Vienna.

A television would be nice 😊

- Phon missing, when out is cold and you cannot dry your hair is not the best
- A bit dirty
- Bad smell from the toilet

It is a little confusing to get to the place

After 1 day the heating and warm water stopped working. The warm water wasn't fixed during our stay, never had this bad experience.
When the heating wasn't working it was very cold because two windows were broken.
Initially there was no response from the owner. When we threatened with reporting to booking they responded but that was the night before checkout so wasn't of any help.
General finish and quality of the apartment is not great.
In short, wouldn't recommend.

Well, I think that a little details in the room can make the difference like for example maybe a couple of water bottles for people that arrive very early or very late or the instructions how adjust the heating. Just little details.
