Pros:

Restaurant was amazing and staff were lovely.

Cons:

In two of the rooms there was a horrendous smell from the drains in the bathrooms. One of the rooms had no working fridge or safe. One of the other bathrooms had a bath but with no bath plug so couldn't have a bath.

Pros:

The young man on the reception desk was great, helpful and very kind. The view from the rooms and restaurant is extremely beautiful.
The surrounding space is very beautiful. The parking was big and free.

Nice hotel with good facilities
Pros:

Very nice location especially if you have a car, only 15 min walk from town centre, spacious room, very nice gym, good breakfast
They have a nice restaurant with a beautiful view

Cons:

WiFi was very slow and sometimes the signal didn’t reach our room (we told reception about it and they will look into it)

Panorama vizibila de la locatie.

Cons:

Liftul murdar si era un miros greu respirabil. Cand am ajuns la camera, nu aveam curent, a trebuit sa asteptam 15 min sa vina cineva sa vada despre ce este vorba. Pentru receptie,masa si SPA trebuie mers la cladirea de peste drum, motiv pentru care nu am folosit piscina.

Try dinner in this hotel in one of the best restaurants in Brasov.
Pros:

Spacious room, excellent restaurant for dinner. Nice city views. Kind personnel.

Cons:

Breakfast room was in another building (another hotel of the same brand nearby). Although this building is newer, it lacks atmosphere and breakfast room was quite average.

Am ajuns la hotel, la recepție nu era nimeni, așa că am mers la restaurant. Nici acolo nu era nimeni. După 10min de așteptare, am sunat la recepție pentru a trimite pe cineva la restaurant. După alte 5 minute, a apărut un ospătar. Am terminat masa și am coborât la recepție pentru a prelua camera, unde am avut o noua surpriza. Camera primită nu arata absolut deloc ca cele din fotografiile atașate de proprietate pe booking pentru tipul de camera selectat de mine. Era atât de mică încât dulapul era lipit de pat.

Am solicitat celor de la recepție sa îmi schimbe camera, ceea ce s-a și întâmplat, primind o camera in cealaltă clădire a lor, insa nici aceasta nu era conforma cu imaginile și descrierea oferite pe booking. Mai decenta însă decât prima camera.

Всё было отлично. Отдых в этом месте для души и сделано с душой!
Pros:

Прекрасный вид из окна! Очень чистый номер, завтраки очень сытные, дружелюбный персонал. От центральной площади пешком 15-20 минут. Автобусная остановка 3 минуты от гостиницы, можно доехать за 15-20 минут до Пояна-Брашов. И самое важное нет городской суеты, шума. Вокруг много красивейших пейзажей. Бассейн с сауной доступны в удобное время, после прогулок можно прекрасно расслабиться там. Однозначно это великолепное место для отдыха в Брашове! А я пересмотрела много гостиниц.

Cons:

Нам все понравилось. Только можем посоветовать добавить больше вешалок в номер и ложечку для обуви:)
