Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage etwas abseits vom Stadt Lärm Kandys. Dennoch lässt sich alles wunderbar zu Fuß erledigen, indem man den Kandy lake entlang spaziert. Das Zimmer war super groß und sauber und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Habe sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten.
We had an amazing stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location was great, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so special—we would definitely love to come back!
The location was situated close by to the lake, and the other main bits. The hotel staff were very friendly, and they greeted us with a welcome drink. Their card machine was broken to make the payment however they gave us time to go into the centre to withdraw money to pay them later.
The hotel had a very damp smell. The showers were very tricky to use.

Personalet var hyggelig, men altfor lite til stede.
Det var kun vi som bodde på hotellet, og det syntes. På kvelden/natten ble lysene på hotellet slukket og vi var der helt alene. Noe som føltes noe utrygt. I tillegg, så ble det ikke vasket på rommet vårt noen av dagene og da vi spurte om håndkle og dopapir så fikk vi ikke svar. (Vi måtte spørre på melding, siden det sjeldent var noen ansatte på hotellet).
Vi måtte også betale i cash, siden kortautomaten tydeligvis ikke fungerte og krevde i tillegg nesten 10 000 lkr mer enn det som sto når vi booket. Kvittering på dette fikk vi heller ikke.
The staff were helpful with letting us know where to go. They kindly upgraded us to the room with a balcony as well.
We had to pay cash because the system was down. And I think the bigger issue was there were some lice or some sort of jumping bugs on the bed. We were only there for one night so we didn’t fuss about it too much, but we did let the hotel staff know. I’m not sure if he understood what I was saying though.
The location and the arrangements of the room was so attractive.
The washroom equipment was quite old and not comfortable.
Wir hatten ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in Starry Boutique! Vom ersten Moment an war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wunderschöner Ausblick, leckeres Frühstück und die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Die Zimmer und die Aussicht sind sehr schön.
Es ist nicht so gut aus der Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zurück nimmt man besser ein Tuk-Tuk.

Tolles Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch völlig in Ordnung. Die Aussicht ist toll und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

I love the view…and the lovely young lady at the front desk very sweet..the charm of the place..I loved my balcony with the fabulous view..bed was comfy..3 night stay. Love that it’s so near everything’s but away from main road and on an easily walkable hill. Nearby is the lake and food water and shopping plus some restaurants easy walk. There is a bar restaurant like a block away and the Garden Club tennis center super close with a bar.
The shower was…in need of update but fine for the 3 day stay:)
The hotel was in a good location up a hill off the lake and approx 20 min walk to Kandy centre. Our room was large & had a balcony overlooking the lake area, It was clean & well equipped with nice bathroom & a kettle & tea & coffee & bottled water. The breakfast was pleasant & included juice & fruits followed by cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, we would stay here again.
Nothing apart from there were no toiletries in the bathroom as stated on booking.com but the staff soon brought up soap & smaĺ bottle of shower gel when I asked.
I was welcomed by friendly staff and gave me a nice fresh juice welcome drink.
My room was very big. Huge comfortable bed and a patio with stunning views over Kandy and a nice quiet location on a small hill hence the beautiful views
Only the shower room was outdated albeit clean and manageable
Not very tasty and no options. Not at all a good breakfast.
Breakfast, washroom facilities( door of the shower is broken and had to handle carefully as not to get it fall on your head)

everything was good besides the bed where the fundament was a bit broken. But that was probably only in our room
